This house was great for our group of 7 adults and 2 babies. Great amount of space, comfy beds, and convenient location. We had an issue with the door code not working when we arrived and the property manager fixed it instantly! They had great communication on what to expect at the property and were super responsive. Definitely a 5 star review, but here are some pointers I’d give to the host regarding the home: 1. Recommend storing a few baby gates for the occasional families that stay here since there are so many stairs. 2. Secure the primary bathroom’s shower head to the wall. 3. A few more towels for makeup would be nice. 4. The coffee carafe is not compatible with the coffee maker. 5. Would prefer locks on the bathroom doors. 6. Recommend fixing some of the finishing touches on the home like the ceiling and wall drywall and paint etc. Overall, the place was perfect for us and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

The condo was nice even though the contractor could have done a better job building it. However, for a trip away from home, it was super nice! There weren’t any trash bags and didn’t realize we needed to bring as everything else was provided. The property group was excellent to work with and very responsive. Would stay there again!

6 adults stayed for a long weekend of sightseeing and partying in Nashville. Place was as described and everyone loved the place.

The Rosedale condo was perfect for our group of 6 (3 couples). There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have privacy but also areas for us to hang. It was easy to get Ubers to get down town. The host was very responsive to questions and worked with us on a late check out. The only downside is that there are no shops in the immediate area so we did have to walk/Uber to the liquor store and we had groceries delivered. Would gladly stay at this location again

It was clean, spacious, and convenient location. I would stay here again.

The location of this property was pretty much 15 minutes to everywhere we needed to go - downtown, airport, sites, etc. the property is new, literally got paint on my hand from something I touched. There was still construction dirt on the steps leading to the rooftop deck. The deck was neat, but nothing to sit on, so unusable. And speaking of steps, there are 52 steep steps. Thankfully my elderly parents took the bottom bedroom which limited their need to drag luggage up. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was fabulous. As said in other reviews, the paper towels and toilet paper were of poor quality. Only one dish towel. The reason for my lower stars was the price. The fees and taxes are quite literally the same amount as the booking, so double the cost of what you see online nightly rental. When I emailed to ask about the fees, they explained the taxes, but didn’t explain the “service fees. We were asked to empty the trash and do the dishes, put towels on floor, but still charged for cleaning. All in all, it was a good place.

Great location, great place..roomy, and fun. Got a great workout going up and down the stairs from ground floor to second and third floors. All had a great time.

I enjoyed the stay. Tye check in process was hassle free. The amenities were nice and the stay was enjoyable. It was a short drive to downtown and to shopping. The only downfall was the outside lighting was bright and there were not dark out blinds that kept the room dark.if that bothers someone, they may want to bring some sleep masks. Otherwise, a perfect stay.
