Not far from the beach and in a nice area.

Very dirty. Carpet needs to be replaced. Big stains everywhere and when my son took his white socks off they were black. The kitchen was not clean and the Keurig machine still had water in it from who knows when. The refrigerator smelled terrible. The beds were so uncomfortable that none of us slept the entire time we were there. All of the bathroom towels looked stained even though they were clean. Found a used towel hanging behind the one door. I’m not sure who’s cleaning this place but they aren’t doing a very good job.

Amazing location. Super clean and a wonderful stay.

The Air Conditioner wasn't working during our stay, Unfortunately because it was after hours they were unable to fix it until after we left. Does not include the pool as stated, it is $50 per person and they only accept checks
