Great location close to supermarkets, eateries, restaurants, mall, foreshore and Spirit of Tasmainia ferry. Large 1 bedroom apartment with secure parking.

Sensor lighting in hallway kept flicking on when sitting in the very uncomfortable recliners, which gave us stiff necks and back soreness (would have preferred a couch). Wall mounted TV was too high to view comfortably. There was no floor lamp and the pot lights had to be on all the time even though half weren't working. The bed was as hard as rock and although the bathroom was huge, it lacked a shower enclosure or curtain, allowing water to splash across entire bathroom floor. To add to this, the ceiling exhaust fan didn't work very well and floors became slippery due to excess condensation

The accommodation was much bigger than I expected. There was a good size balcony with a nice view over the river.

The reception desk was a bit tricky to find and we didn't know where to park the car while looking for it. When we did find it, there was no one at the reception (even though it was daytime office hours), so I called the number provided by booking.com and spoke to someone who then came down to meet us. It would be helpful to send a message to guests prior to arrival to advise them how to find the reception and what to do if there is no one there.

Little tricky parking in garage. Paper towels or serviettes in kitchen wd be handy. Bottled water wd be nice.

Location is the best quality of these apartments. Central and close to everything. The car park is secure and convenient. The apartment is well laid out and very comfortable.

The skylight in the bedroom ensures you're up with the birds. The option of a blind on this might have been good, but not a huge issue.

The position was perfect for everything we wanted to do - including meals
