Difficult to find, No instructions. Doors to the front of the road all fire doors so couldn’t get in. Had to call the host to get instructions. Very stressful as we had left a wedding to come and drop our bags off. It meant that we were late getting back and missed the photos!

Clear instructions on how to find the building where the car park was how to enter the building. What floor the flat was on rather than have to go through a Miriad of doors trying to find the flat

This cozy place was a great city break! The area is ideal for a good breath of fresh air away from the city. There are some really lovely walks within nature only minutes away from the apartment, it was nice and quiet and the supermarket is right across the road. I loved how clean the house was, calm and very cute decoration. I needed nothing more.

Due to booking not having a way to cover or insure the property owners in case of any issues happening during the stay, the owner has to ask for a deposit, that almost pulled me back from enjoying the experience all together, because it was a very short stay and it made me weary. So I'd love for Booking.com to find another solution to help owners. But also, I would appreciate owners improving their communication skills.
