We recently had a distressing experience with this property that I feel compelled to share. During my stay, the area faced an evacuation order due to an active shooter. The property management's response was shockingly inadequate. There was a lack of clear communication, and safety protocols seemed non-existent.
In times of crisis, a property should prioritize the well-being of its guests, but unfortunately, this was not the case here. I strongly advise against choosing this property, as safety should always be a top priority when selecting accommodation.

Our 8th floor accommodations in tower 2 of The Signature Towers at MGM was perfect. The apartment was clean, had high end appliances, well stocked kitchen along with a great location with a balcony that had views of the strip. It also had indoor walking access to the MGM Grand and also the monorail station inside of MGM…all a short walk indoors. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall we had a great stay here.

Loved this Las Vegas Retreat! The accommodations were just as advertised. We loved the quietness and easy accessibility to MGM Grand. The views at night were amazing! The balcony was such an extra bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very disappointed in this rental.
We have stayed in several other units in the MGM Signature Towers over the years and this one did not measure up to the others in cleanliness.
There was spoiled food left in the fridge that left an unpleasant odor.
The carpets were old, dirty and stained. They should be replaced.
There were missing towels.

This was a wonderful apartment and the MGM Signature is lovely. It was much less busy and wild than other hotels and resorts, with a beautiful, quiet pool, nice fitness center, Starbucks and other places for food. We really enjoyed our stay. Checking in was a challenge because the valet parking was full and we had to park at the MGM Grand which is much farther than it seems with a bunch of luggage. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Our hosts were very easy to reach and ready to accommodate. Even had a hair dryer delivered when requested. Stocked Kitchen was so nice to have to make our shakes and extra meals. This was a great place to unwind after an invigorating conference.

My Husband and I stayed here over Father's Day weekend, and it was the most comfortable stay we've had in Las Vegas thus far. All of the staff was very accommodating and carried themselves with the utmost class and sophistication. The bonus is we also had the privilege of using all of the amenities at MGM Grand as well. We enjoyed our time so much we are coming back for our wedding anniversary.

I could not have asked for a better accommodations for my first trip to Las Vegas. The room is exactly as advertised with wonderful views from the balcony. The beds were super comfortable, and the hotel overall was very nice. I will definitely be coming back here when I return to Vegas!

The process with Manish went very well. We attended a convention at the MGM Grand and we were looking for a quieter space to stay that was connected to the convention space, this was perfect. We hope to book again next year.

We had read mixed reviews on the MGM Signature. Our experience was stellar. Super-convenient location, huge beautiful condo, great views, and QUIET. during one of the busiest weeks in Vegas (CES) we never saw or heard another guest on our floor. Valet parking was quick, and professional. The condos are individually owned, so which one you book is critical. Ours was owned, managed, maintained, and cleaned by a company that was extremely attentive and responsive. Be careful who you book with, and you will have a great experience.
