A beautiful home in a quiet heritage area, 5 minutes from Berry and easy access to beaches, coastline, hills and kangaroo valley. Open plan living /kitchen area and verandah space giving relaxing vibes for eating in or out.

We experienced peace and quietness in this beautifully presented historic cottage of great charm and comfort.
The sight of the surrounding fields and autumn colours were an absolute joy, especially the claret ash.
Thank you to our hosts for our very pleasant stay.
We appreciated the provisions and especially loved the beautiful vase of roses and “mums” to embellish the occasion.
We also enjoyed the visits from the resident pets.

A beautifully presented cosy cottage. Karinza was fantastic with her communication and assistance. The place had everything we needed to escape the city for a couple of days. OMG the bed ..... I could have stayed in bed all weekend it was soooo comfortable. Thank you Karinza for sharing your property.

This property is in a beautiful, peaceful and quite location and furnished nicely, with a well equipped kitchen. However, we experienced a few issues:
A key feature that is not clear from the online description is that the bathroom is in a separate building outside the house, dowm steps.. It is quite unpleasant having to make this journey in the middle of the night, especially if you have to do it several times.
The bathroom light did not work on the first night and had to be fixed the next day. Some of the other lights in the house did not work as well.
The bed in our bedroom was very high, looked like two thick matresses on top of each other, and is quite difficult to get in and out of.
The metal chairs on the veranda is not very comfortable to sit on.
There is no wardrobe/ hangers provided to hang up clothes.
The only couch in the cottage is placed such that it faces away from the tv, so two people cannot sit and watch tv together.

I stayed at this property for a week and it was a really lovely location for some down time. The property was clean, comfortable and quiet and yet is only 5 minutes away from Berry and easily accessible to local attractions. I appreciated the added extras like bacon and eggs for breakfast and coffee pods. It was easy to book and check in. I would highly recommend the property for a stay in the area. Thank you!

A wonderful peaceful getaway. Karinza was an extraordinary host, balancing care and privacy perfectly. I highly recommend staying here for some down time and/or easy accessibility to gorgeous Berry and the nearby beaches. The morning walks along local roads were delightful. Could not have asked for more.

Karinzas cottage and the enormous grounds surrounding it are absolutely gorgeous.
We were provided with everything we needed plus more.
Karinza left eggs Bacon milk tomatoes butter in the fridge for us.
Communication was a breeze.
Wish we'd booked longer.

Such a lovely and comfortable cottage. Bacon eggs tomatoes and bread ready and waiting for us as well as the coffee machine. Clean and quiet, we loved our stay and would love to come again.
