***40’ trailer with 36’ living space, center island, king bed. Washer/drier for up to 4 guests*** This is the perfect trailer for a couple, and (2) more small adults or children in the sofa at the rearthat would really like to enjoy comfort and a large space. Your campsite will need to be either a pull through or enough a space to back it in, the hookups for sewer, water and electricity are on the trailer’s itself driver side. Make sure your campsite on the right location because we do NOT have equipment to “flip it around”. It has three (3) slide outs, a center island in the kitchen that will really make your cooking experience very nice and roomy, a large KING size bed, and also a washer and drier on board!!! Wow!! You will be able to wash your towels and dry them right there without leaving the campsite and run the risk to run out of towels. You know….kids go through towels like crazy! Did I mention the nice fireplace under the TV in the living room? We welcome your dogs as long as they are never left unattended or allowed on top of the sofas or bed. Please pay for the dog cleaning fee. You don’t have to worry about towing this large and heavy trailer because we can deliver it to your favorite local RV resort in San Diego or event. If you prefer to tow it, you will need a truck with a minimum towing capacity of 12,000 lbs, wired brake controller and be VERY experienced. The trailer will need to be returned in the same clean condition as provided in and out; the kitchen comes empty and no linens or towels are provided, but we can provide these items for you for an additional fee.
