We got scammed but this place and miss guided by booking service customer that guarantee we will get fully refunded and we never got the refund.

No towels, swimming pool was closed for a few days, dirty and the staff was rude and incompetent. While being in the reception other guest complaining about many other things like stolen passports from their rooms. Total waste of time and money

Poor management. Told room will be ready by 3pm till wait until 430pm only can get the key. The reason is cleaning in progress….Really wanna ask for compensation for such a long time waste.

It is a good location because it's close to the city centre. There are a large number of good restaurants close by.

Need more shops in the within the premises.

The apartment was clean, new and the bed was comfortable. The check in process was easy. We enjoyed the swimming pool and playground.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Most reviews have mentioned that it's out of the city but it only cost us 6RMP to get a grab. We walked 3O minutes to a lovely dining area that had lots of great restaurants.

Everything was good! My family and I enjoyed the stay very much. Checking in and out was a breeze, place was clean and comfy, it had all the amenities we needed as a family. We even extended our stay for another night!

The bathroom floor tiles is rather slippery, particularly the shower area. Suggest that you put a rubber mat to prevent slipping. We had kids and elderly with us so it is important that we kept them safe when using the bathrooms.

Place is nice and peacefully.

Few things need to up grade event this place is new. 1. Parking - so many parking lot but still need to park with number. Event there is no car park at the near by lot. 2. Game Room - Not many item to play with. Have to put few more indoor games to entertain kid & adult.

This is a residence apartment which is under construction. So from 8:00 am you start hearing banging and drilling. Which is extremely annoying as you want to sleep during your holiday and not be woken up by loud banging noises. The apartment is in a very secluded area . Nothing is within walking distance. Like even the road finishes a few km after the flat. Even for the beach you need to have a car. If you are a tourist from abroad this is not for you. For locals it's ok as they have a car but if you don't have a car you won't be able to do anything. There is no privacy the kitchen and bedroom window open in the hallway everyone can see inside. We had to shut the bedroom curtain all the time but there is no curtain in the kitchen so it was so annoying that any one passing can actually see in your kitchen and lounge. And i could look in other people's kitchens. If you are hijabi then you have to wear it all the time . There is an electric stove which you have to plug in by either switching the fridge or microwave off.
