Good location, close to the railway station and walking distans to the old city. Big apartament with three separated bedrooms, two bathrooms and common kitchen with table for all. The best is big terrace. Good contact with owner and easy way to check in / out. Definitely good for this price and worth recommending.
Little old and used kitchen and bathrooms. Minor details can be repaired or replaced.

the perfect location for a tourist holiday, by walking we could immediately reach the beautiful historic center of Bari, and the Bari seaside resort reachable in a few minutes, and the center and the squares are all close. For us who had small children, having everything close by was important. The terrace of the apartment is fabulous both for children and for us adults, we spent a lot of relaxing moments being able to enjoy Italian beers and wine, we also had lunch outside on the terrace because it is connected to the kitchen so it is very convenient to cook and bring to the terrace the food. The house was very comfortable for us as we were 10 adults and 2 small children. Eva the owner was amazing as she helped us with everything. We have decided to introduce Bari to my husband's family next year and we will certainly return and take them to this apartment. We recommend it especially for those who have a large family like ours to all be together

The apartment was in a good location, close to the shops, train station and the centre of Bari. The rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. My favourite thing about the apartment was our outdoor terrace, it was huge! It was a great facility to have as all 8 of us could sit down on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the beautiful weather! It felt like having our own garden!
The main thing we found quite disheartening was the lack of communication from the host. 3 weeks prior to our arrival, I messaged the host inquiring about a late check out. I also asked that if late check out was not possible could we store our luggage somewhere in the apartment building. The host completely ignored this message which was quite annoying as we had to carry around our bags for the whole day until our train at 2pm.
We also had a lot of problems with the showers as the hot water didn't work. When we realised this, I messaged the host to ask him how we could get the hot water working. Once again I never received a reply which was quite frustrating to say the least. We had no choice but to have extremely cold showers for the duration of our stay.
Finally, on the day of check out the host arrived unannounced to our apartment 30 minutes prior to check out time.
Another thing to note: the kitchen was extremely narrow and efinitely not made for 8 people, it was very hard to cook things as there was very little space.

Nice and comfy apartment close to the train station and about 15-20 minutes away from old Bari (centre). Pane e Pomodoro beach is also about 20-25 minutes away.
Beautiful terrace that fits a lot of people. The neighbours do mit appreciate loud groups in the evening, though.
Owners are nice and helpful.
The kitchen is a bit cramped. There were some works going on in a neighbouring apartment in the building that will woke us up early.

Good location - not in the historical centre but next to the train station. Rooms and beds exactly as advertised. Two bathrooms - convenient. Two sets of keys. Blackout shades - comfy. Heating via airco in every room.
We agreed during booking on late check in (midnight). I asked for the check in instructions early on the day of the arrival as I did not receive any - no reply. We arrived at midnight in the rain, no one at the apartment, no one picking up phone. Very stressful. We called with Booking to get rebooked but someone showed up eventually - after 30 mins of waiting in the rain - with no apology or explanation. You should not treat customers like this.

The location is near the central rail and bus station. Everything was much better than in the pictures - clean and comfortable. The host was so kind - she bring us homemade cake <3 We recommended this place!

I recommend this apartment because it is in an excellent location and is really luxurious and equipped. The terrace is extraordinary and the kitchen really comfortable with all accessories

The apartment is located in a residential building, at the ground floor, with a small terrace. It is very close to the central railway station and to the city center.
The place was clean, none of the complaints I have read on previous ratings were substantiated. Maybe the host already resolved those issues.
The host was very receptive to all our demands.

The place was damaged so they change it with bigger apartment on better location. Everything was clean and comfortable. The rooms was big and there where some table games and small billiard in the apartment.
One of the big beds creaks and some of the radiator not works, but it was warm enough.

We were 2 families and we have stayed there for 4 nights in the begining of December. It is close to the central station, but not to close ( 6-8 minutes walk ) and is close to the old town also, so you cand visit Bari and the area around Bari

Spacious apartment in a good location close to Bari Centrale station
I have never slept on such a creaky bed! The photo shows a beautiful terrace - it's actually a fake. Dirty kitchen hood. Dirty pots ... A rating of more than 9 on booking.com is a misunderstanding. Poor wifi.

The flat is very spacious and comfortable for 6-8 people. Very close to train station and a little bit further from the Old Bari. There is almost everything you need to live in Bari. The owners are very helpful and respond quickly.
The "garden" is built of concrete (not as shown on the pictures) and there is 50 degrees during the day. At evening you can't seat there because of mosquitos. The rooms are quite dark, because windows face the street and you need them to close fully. The springs in beds are very noisy. If you turn item during the sleep you'll hear the all the time.
