Washing up liquid was watered down, less than 1/4 of a roll of loo paper, kitchen equipment very poor - eg no wooden spoons or large rigid spoon for stirring and no oven gloves - very flimsy, cheap and squeaky sofa. Upon our return we have been accused of causing "irreparable damage" to the afore-mentioned sofa so our £100 damage deposit refund has been withheld. You will see before and after photos of this sofa below (first photo was taken on the afternoon of our arrival and the second was taken on the morning of departure). I requested that Mrs Beale send me her own photo of this "irreparable damage" but this has not been forthcoming. In the meantime, I have asked my bank to look into this. Incidentally, the contract refers to "deliberate, negligent and reckless" damage which did not take place nor has it been proved.

Nestled within a peaceful neighbourhood, we had a lovely stay at Beachgrass. Just a short walk to the beach and amenities, it was like a home from home here.

Location and local facilities were great. The property was clean and well equipped. The host was very helpful. Great wi-fi made it easy to find local attractions and places to eat.

A washing line or tumble drier would have been helpful, but generally there was very little we did not like.

Nice bungalow in a quiet spot some negatives but had a good time there.

Only one toilet roll for 6 people just two hand towels. some item damaged and was not told about them had to go round house looking at every thing. No infantry to explane things. Seats to low for older people. One bin liner.

Lovely bungalow very clean has everything you need. Beach a short walk plenty of parking if you need to drive. Lots of village pubs for eating. Deposit was refunded within 48 hours.

No wardrobes in main bedroom so we used front bedroom with twin beds with large wardrobe .

Tastefully decorated bungalow in a very quiet residential area in Heacham. Well equipped. Nice garden with table and chairs.Brilliant shower. Lots to do in the area. Hunstanton seaside resort was great and only a few miles away. Nice walk round Heacham too, picturesque duck pond and a chip shop :-).Best steak ever in the West Norfolk pub- highly recommended! Also enjoyed Houghton Hall and the vintage steam fairground rides at Thursford. Would have happily stayed longer, very enjoyable. Walsingham quite close, very historic and nice to explore.Tip - Remember to take bath towels, we forgot and had to buy some in town- our fault entirely. Another tip -if you spend much time in Hunstanton set up the Parking Operations App on your phone, as it makes it much easier than struggling with the parking machines and the right change. Plenty of room in the Southend car park near the beach.
