Spacious living room area with huge TV. Comfortable beds and linens. Beautiful kitchen and dining area. Large deck. Short walk to access private beach.

The size of the property and the close proximity to bayside and all the other things was perfect for us. Easy 15-20 min drive to just about everywhere we wanted to be. Highly walkable and quiet for those morning and evening strolls, decent backyard with a nice fire pit, plenty of beach chairs for our day at Nauset. My one issue was the key code for the door not working. The logistics of one door key for a large family doing different activities was a little cumbersome.

This was a wonderful house in a great location. Comfortable, well equipped, spacious and private.

We had a wonderful week with our adult children and their partners. The home offered plenty of space for all of us to feel comfortable. FIre pit in backyard was a wonderful place to enjoy each others company...and make s'mores :) Could easily walk to the water to enjoy a swim, a walk or the spectacular sunsets. We will be staying here again, I am sure.

The property was wonderful, well cared for, well equipped, extremely comfortable, in an excellent and peaceful location. The deck was perfect, allowing all of us to dine together, and the back yard was spacious and relaxing. It was just what we were hoping for. There were many amenities that were not listed particularly regarding items for the beach, so we brought more than we needed. More specifics regarding the coffee maker would have been nice, we assumed it was a standard coffee maker, but was in realitya Kuerig. No biggie, but we would have prepared better if we knew. Very minor issues which did not distract us from having a wonderful time at an absolutely stellar vacation home.

We were just a short walk to a beach in this lovely home that felt new and fresh. The large amount of seating in the living room worked well for our group of 7.
We'd never rented a property managed by vacasa before and I was really impressed with their text-based customer service. Any questions I had were quickly answered.
We would definitely stay in this house, or any thing managed by vacasa, again.
