Excellent communication and quick response. The apartment is incredibly central to all Paris attractions. The 1 1/2 bathrooms were great. We really appreciated the benefits of the apartment but here are a few things we wished we had known: the apartment has some noise from the metro (a low rumble pretty much from 6am-midnight or so) and from upstairs walking around, particularly in the morning. The apartment is dark even with all the curtains open-at least in Feb-March. It's in a courtyard and all the windows face into the courtyard of a building with atleast 6-7 floors (this unit is on the 2nd), so the only light is that which makes it down to the 2nd floor in the courtyard. The shower is a bit difficult to manage without getting water all over the bathroom floor. While there are two shower heads, you really can't use the overhead one except on super low pressure unless you want a wet mess on the floor. This is a good apartment in a great location.

We stayed at the apt for 7 nights and it was just what we needed in Paris.
The apt is at a great location, you can pretty much get to everywhere on foot in 40 minutes. Concorde metro station is about 3 minutes away so super convenient.
Lucile was easy to communicate with and the stay was very pleasant. We will definitely stay at the apt again if we come back to Paris!

This beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment in the heart of Paris was everything we expected and more! From the initial communication with Lucile to arriving and being greeted by Arnaud and everything in between, it couldn’t have gone smoother. Lucile helped us set up a taxi service from the airport and Arnaud set up our return taxi. There was a list of restaurants and supermarkets for us to review. They even had a nice bottle of wine for us on our arrival. Our flights were delayed and they worked with us to make sure we were able to check in with no problems. We were able to walk almost everywhere from this location and the metro stops of Madeline and Concord were only a block away. The area is safe and very close to all the major landmarks! The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn’t really use it since we spent our time exploring the different wonderful restaurants in the area. There is a clothes washer which can come in handy and the 2nd toilet was very much appreciated with 3 of us in the apartment. We were only there for 5 days but would love to have stayed longer. Hope to return. Highly recommend the Ecrin A Bijoux. Thank you Lucile and Arnaud!!

The apartment was more than we hoped for! In a great location for shopping, the Christmas market in the park, the Louve and musee Jeu De Paume blocks away. The kitchen was superb and we enjoyed the gourmet meals we made, with great French ingredients shopped locally. We Ubered easily throughout the city for sightseeing, and returned each night to the comfortable apartment and a comfortable bed. 5 stars! Thank you!

Everything was perfect! Arnaud was so helpful with our luggage, even with early arrivals and departures. The flat is close to everything. Chez Monsieur, the restaurant around the corner, is a must. The flat is quiet, due to courtyard, except for the bakery/shop downstairs in the AM, but that didn’t bother us. Who can complain about the smell of bread in the morning? Well appointed, though the sofa could use a cleaning, but that’s likely just from prior use. Bathroom is small, but perfect. Kitchen has everything you’ll need. We hated to leave. Would definitely recommend. Lucile was a pleasure to work with.

I have been traveling to Paris since 1978 in fact I was married at the American Church in Paris in the mid 90's and after staying here I am hoping all my future trips to the City of Lights I will be able to stay here. Lucile was awesome with the booking process and check in went smoothly. This has to be the best area in Paris hell the President of France lives around the corner. Everything you need is in walking distance and you are close to the absolute best shopping and the Louvre and D'Orsay are not far. The apartments are both great inside and the history of the building is matchless. Everything in the apartment worked, the furnishings first rate. This was a special trip for me I brought my 12 year old Grand Daughter for her first Euro trip and for her staying here was like a fairy tale. I thank Lucile and Arnaud who helped with check in. This was my favorite trip to Paris and a trip of a lifetime for my Grand Daughter and it was special because these apartments take travel to a new level. Great experience.

I'm a researcher, I do lots of research when planning a trip. This apartment was perfect. Great location, plenty of room for me and my 2 sisters, and a great bakery right in the building, so pastries and coffee for breakfast every morning. We were walking distance to almost everything, and the metro station was right there for getting around. We had a great time and I plan to return soon. And will not have to bother looking for a place to stay, I'll book this apartment again anytime! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The price was affordable and my security deposit was returned quickly. Thanks Lucile and Arnaud!

My dear Lucile...
Thank you so very much for making our stay absolutely one of the very best we have every had in the last 35 years coming to Paris!!
The apartment was without a doubt the very best we could have expected. My concern was coming during late January and that I was going to be cold....I was wrong....the heating system in the apartment was perfect!....and always hot water when we needed it.
The kitchen a joy to work in and with all the necessary utensils.....and a wonderful convection oven as well! The living room was spacious and wonderfully furnished. The bed was tremendous!! The bathroom was superb and with a great shower as well!....actually better than that of our own back home. A plus was the extra half-bath.....made it convenient. The washer/dryer was a very big help.....I have always in the past made the trip to the local lavamatique.....so convenient to have it right there!
Any way Lucile, you have a permanent return client with Ruthie & myself. And Arnaud was so helpful in arranging our taxi when we had to leave....another great service! And for those who might be reading this review,....don't worry about the stairs.....very nominal.
Once again,...thanks so very much for making our 45th wedding anniversary trip and smashing success.
Take care and regards to Arnaud.

My husband and 2 teenage daughters stayed in this lovely apartment for 6 nights in June. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We appreciated the air conditioning and the washer/dryer. The location is perfect for visiting all of the top sights of Paris --by walking or using the metro. The bakery downstairs was wonderful both for breakfast and lunch: the bread for our sandwiches was so delicious! The communication with Lucile and Arnaud was great! I highly recommend this apartment!

Property was very well situated for our needs both in walking and taking the metro around the city. It was clean, well appointed with furnishings and kitchen supplies. We would certainly consider staying again on a future visit to Paris.

Spacious and very nicely furnished apartment in the heart of Paris. Couldn't have been nicer in the bedroom, and the second WC made it easy to have my friend on the very comfortable sofa bed. Everything we needed, up to a very high standard.

The apartment is exactly as advertised! Good bed, hot water, good plumbing :), excellent bakery & deli next door! Everyone was very helpful. Would recommend and try ourselves to return.

The apartment is in a fantastic location for exploring Paris on foot. We found our 4 night stay very enjoyable. The apartment is well equipped with high quality appliances and has more space than you'd expect for somewhere so central. Communication from first enquiry to completion of stay was great, all questions were answered very promptly. I would love to return to Paris and would stay here again.

The property was fine.
The 3 stars was just made for the noise experience.
There is a bakery just on the street and part of the building we were staying at.
Every night at around 3am noise from the bakery ( kitchen.. people taking.. trash being trashed., ) we did not have one restful night.
Sutch a bummer because the apartment was nice.

This is our third December stay on the the Right Bank and we were very pleased with our choice this time. The apartment was very clean and site pictures are accurate. The location is very good, with a cafe/bakery next door, a Monoprix within walking distance, and the Louvre close by.
With so many attractions within walking distance, we were not much hindered by the transportation strike. . Returning to a warm, spacious apartment with enough comfortable chairs for four adults to relax and visit was important. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were generously sized. Unlike many rental apartments which are furnished with just small cafe tables, the large dining table allowed us to enjoy the many meals we cooked.
The apartment looks out over a small courtyard so there is no street noise but neighbors returning home and people discarding their trash and recycling in the courtyard did create noise. . Ear plugs are supplied but were not necessary for us. Both beds, one of which is a pull out, are very, very comfortable with good quality linens and ample blankets. We slept very well.
The shower in the master bath is comfortable and large by Paris standards .
Lucile was prompt in answering any questions prior to our visit and Arnaud met us promptly and answered all questions. Lastly, especially with the potential travel complications caused by the ongoing transportation strike, we were very, very appreciative of our hosts' flexibility regarding check in and check out time.
We would stay here again.

This is the best location to stay! We walked everywhere, and cafes are close and bakery right downstairs. We were there with your teenage kids and the apartment was comfortable cozy and clean and looked newly renovated.
The 2 bathrooms is a huge bonus! Highly recommend! Hope we go back soon!

We were very pleased with the place. It was exactly as it appeared. My wife and I spent 9 days. The kitchen and dining room area were very functional, and we prepared several simple meals there. The bedroom was very comfortable and cozy. It was a quiet, attractive retreat from the bustle of the city. I would go back.

This apartment was clean, well stocked with supplies for everyday life, and easy to live in. The owner was very professional, attentive to our needs, and responded quickly to any questions. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in that part of Paris.

The apartment was just as described, clean and well appointed. Communication before the trip was excellent and Arnaud met us right as we stepped out of our Uber to let us in and show us around. While the apartment itself was great, probably the best thing about it is the location. It is about a block from the Jardin de Tuileries and a short walk through the garden to the Louvre or over to the Seine. Metro stops are similarly about a block away with quick and easy access to any of the sights in the immediate downtown area of Paris. Highly recommend this apartment as well as the owner and her staff!

Arnaud and Lucille were very responsive and quick to handle any issue/question. Check in and check out were a breeze. The location is wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

We had a very comfortable stay in Ecrin a Bijoux. Communication with Lucile was great. The location of the apartment is walking distance to many conveniences like 2 Metro stops, a grocery store, many cafes, and the Tuileries garden. The apartment itself is well appointed with everything we needed. The AC unit was helpful to make the evenings more comfortable for sleeping during some hot July weather. I would stay again!

The management at this VRBO is amazing. They met us upon arrival, helped carry our bags, and upon departure met us again and called us a taxi. Plus, we left something behind and they called us with an hour of leaving so we could return and get it.
The location of the property is wonderful, it was nicely appointed, clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is a short walk to the Metro Concorde station Line 12 - a perfect way to move about Paris - but also a very walkable location. The Museé de l'Orangerie is a short very manageable walk from the apartment. Now the apartment itself was extremely comfortable. Roomy daytime space - open concept kitchen, eating a relaxing area is spacious. The bedroom faces an interior courtyard so the noise level is nonexistent, and the room-darkening curtains plus the comfortable mattress provided a nightly sound sleep. Every amenity is provided in the kitchen, bath, and laundry - great for a longer stay. Having a half-and-full bathroom was a real luxury! We enjoyed a comfortably heated interior during the late days of a colder November - a true luxury in Europe. Our later arrival time was accommodated - Arnaud was waiting out front for us - it went seamlessly. Communication with Lucile was superb. We will definitely rent the apartment again. Thank you both for a wonderful holiday experience in Paris!!!

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment.
First of all, our plane got in at 7am and because check in is 3pm we thought we were going to have to sit in a cafe after a 13 hour travel day. We arranged to drop off our luggage at the apartment with the host and much to our surprise, Arnaud who met us at the apartment told us that the apartment was ready to occupy!
Terrific news for these weary travelers.
Not knowing much about Paris we quickly learned that we were essentially staying in the Beverly Hills of Paris. Tons of high end shops. It was easy to get around with two metro stops very close. You can walk to the Louvre.
The really amazing thing about this place is that the host seems to have thought of everything. Small details that made a huge difference to us, like a usb charger on the nightstand in the bedroom, and one in the kitchen, along with an international adapter. We love our TV and internet as well and it was all perfect. There is a great sounding Bluetooth speaker too because we usually have music running all the time in the background. The appliances are all modern and beautiful, although we only used the coffee machine and microwave.
The bed was firm which we love and there were extra pillows and blankets. It was REALLY cold when we stayed there - between 32 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit and the heating in the apartment kept it cozy and toasty warm for us.
It will be our first choice going forward whenever we visit Paris!

Very pleasant and comfortable apartment in a good location. Modern and well equipped kitchen and bath. We especially enjoyed the fact that we could walk to many points of interest and restaurants. We appreciated that the apartment was off a courtyard so it was very quiet. Lucile, the owner , was very accommodating and responded promptly to our emails. It was so nice to have Arnaud assist us with our luggage on arrival and departure.

Very spacious, well equipped kitchen and nice size full bath, plus a 1/2 bath (which was handy). Good location to get to various sites and the Metros, but not many nearby bakeries and express markets. Very accommodating check-in and check-out.
It was a bit noisy early in the morning, but otherwise a really nice place to stay!!

I was so happy to stay at Ecrin Saint Honore! We had everything that we needed and more. I went to Paris with two co-workers and the three of us were very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Our hosts were so helpful! They introduced us to the apartment so we knew how to operate everything and we knew where to find everything. They helped us with the dvd player when we had trouble connecting and helped us hire a taxi when it was time to leave for the airport. We really loved having the use of the kitchen and spent much time just gathered around the dining table. I enjoyed the nespresso coffee in the morning and the three of us were thankful to have access to two toilets! This is my first stay in a VRBO so I don't know if all of them are this great. Our stay in France was 9 days and having access to the washer/dryer was also very much appreciated. The location can not be beat. Walking distance to Champs Elysee, Louvre, and metro. A minor point - but the only thing that could be improved on is the lack of shades on the windows in the living room area. The person sleeping on the sofa sleeper had to endure bright lights from the corridor beaming into the windows at night. I just slept with my sleeping mask on and I was fine. Overall an amazing place to call "home" while in Paris! I hope I get to visit again someday soon!

We had 5 days in Paris and wanted something central and easy walking to all the sites. Travelling with two teens meant we also needed the modern conveniences. Les Écrins was perfect! Quiet, safe, super comfortable bed, AC and all the amenities (appreciated the washer/dryer)! And the bougie neighbourhood was a plus! While it’s not the area where you’ll find a traditional market, we didn’t need that as we were eating out most days. Loved having grocery shops and boulangeries close by for what we needed. Luckily there was no one in the attached apartment as we did hear some noise when workers were in for a moment. All in alll, we’d come back! Merci beaucoup!!

Our family of 4 loved the location of this historical property. Walking distance to the Louvre, central to several underground stations. Lots of high end designers (mostly window shopped only), and delicious pastry shops. Great to have air conditioning in the flat since it was very hot during our visit. The space is a little small for 4 grown ups. We were planning on being out a lot and not spending too much time in the apartment during our trip, so it worked for us. But, if you plan to spend a lot of time in or cooking meals, this place would probably work better for fewer people. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!

This was the perfect place for our family to explore Paris. We loved the villa and the property managers were very helpful! We did a river tour, the Eiffle Tower, the Luxembourg Gardens, and the carnival outside of the Louvre.
