Everything was as advertised and exceeded our expectations! The whole process was easy and efficient from booking to check-in. Every time I called with questions, someone answered. The app had everything we needed at our fingertips. The condo (Gulf Dunes 408) was absolutely wonderful and we would definitely come back again.

The room was right on the water with the most spectacular view and direct access to the beach as you walk out of the building. The room was equipped with great amenities and very clean. Very happy overall and would stay again.

We have been coming to Ft Walton Beach and staying in Gulf Dunes for the past 14 years. We love the convenience to the beach, the direct patio views from the master bedroom and living room, the pools, and the convenience to Destin without the crowd. The two chairs and umbrella set up on the beach is awesome (thanks Dan!) We love the emerald water and white sand. This unit is absolutely beautiful with wonderful furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. Sunset Resort Rentals advertised as having a covered parking spot which was inaccurate. To date they have not offered compensation for the error. Covered parking spots are prime due to the occasional showers and overall safety for guests plus easy storage for beach items so they don't have to go up to the room. The grill area is charcoal and a nice addition for meal prep. Stewbys across the street is my favorite food while Publixs Grocery Store is across the bridge. Before Memorial Day the water is a little chilly. We will continue to enjoy this beautiful vacation area for many years to come.

Loved this modern beach condo. It is nicely decorated with all the extras. The views are unbeatable, and just steps to the beach.

Beautiful and comfy condo with everything you could ask for! The bed was delightful and the giant TV in the living room was great. Stayed for a week and had a great time. Highly recommend!
