Great stay! Almost brand new. Clean. Amazing breakfast options - gluten free muffins, oat milk for coffee, many toppings for oatmeal. Wonderful service at desk. Great price. Full kitchenette in the room. Overall - highly recommend!

Had a quick, 2 night stay and it was very good. The hotel appears to be new and was in good condition, very clean. The room is organized well for long term stays. It was stocked with soap and coffee, and cooking utensils.
My only complaints were that the WiFi was spotty and slow in the room, so the smart tv buffers while using it. Otherwise very good hotel, convenient to Hamilton Place and downtown.

When I completed my online booking, I used a gift card and entered my card number and pin in which there was a balance. It prompted me to pay the remaining balance in which I input my credit card to pay the difference. It ended up charging the full amount to my card.

Perfect place to stay! Somewhat secluded but just right down the road from shopping and restaurants! We will definitely be staying anytime we are in the area!! Thank you to the staff for a great experience away from home!

Property was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good.
Only issue we had was when we went to pull out the couch bed we found a syringe wedged in the cushion. Thank goodness it was capped!!! We told the attendant he gave is a new room.

The Towneplace Suites by Marriott Chattanooga South / East Ridge is super nice! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and hotel, fast friendly service! They have lots of options included for breakfast... something for everyone. It is a well kept property. It has convenient easy access to the main road. The only complaint was the water pressure was a little low. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place with views of the smoky mountains. I love that the rooms were fully furnished even kitchens! We made dinner! I’d love to spend more time there and would definitely choose this property for an extended stay.

Loved staying there! Spacious rooms! Comfortable bed. Will stay again if traveling that direction! Would have liked a full door on the bathroom shower or a bathtub

The hotel was IMPECCABLY CLEAN!!! The hotel is new, which was nice. It had a great location, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly.
The worst part was that we stayed such a short amount of time, therefore we didn’t get to use any of the awesome kitchen appliances. It’s the small things in life that bring joy.. such as a rice maker and blender in a hotel room! 😉
Having a larger fridge was great and we were able to refreeze our cooler blocks. And had more than enough room for all of our cooler food.
We would definitely start there again and will be on the look out for more Towneplace Suits on future trips.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff were very friendly and inviting. The lobby was clean , smelled fresh , room was big , bed comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. We were very pleased.

It was clean and looked new. Water pressure in shower could have been better. Good half way spot on way to Florida. Booked again for our return trip. Our pet dog enjoyed it too.

GREAT value for the price. The room was like an efficiency suite. Full size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher!!, kitchen sink, toaster, plates, silverware pots&pans, large bowls for mixing and MORE! Wish we were staying more than one evening!

The front desk was super friendly and helpful when i checked in and out. The room was really lovely, spacious, clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was above expectation.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Not only was it clean, but the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will go a little out of our way to stay at this hotel on our trip back home after Christmas vacation.

Hotel and room very clean and nice, staff friendly, but a/c did not seem to be working in room and we could hear the lobby door open and closing all night long which sounded like someone was banging on someone's door all night.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The stay would have been perfect, there was just one small hiccup. There was supposed to be a blow dryer in the room, there wasn’t. I had to leave with wet hair. I would still stay again! Advice: bring a blow dryer :). Also the front desk clerks were so amazing!

The hotel was nice overall. However, woke up this morning to an investation of ants that were all over the desk and food item that had brought back to the room the night before. The ants were allover and inside my girlfriends purse. The hotel GM apologized but only offered to credit one night's stay vs two stays. This incident really ruin the stay for us as my girlfriend had to completely empty her bag and discard items that were covered in ants.
