Reception always closed and receptionist ignored customer calls

Very bad facilities and staff. Never experienced this kind of behavior and deteriorated property before.
1) Room doesn’t have proper curtains. All sunlight and heat will feel inside the room
2) AC not cooling.
3) No reception staff
4) Only one person is responsible and he won’t attend calls or any requests. Most of the time he will be out and you have to wait for him to return for check-in or out.
Please try to avoid . Don’t ever think to bring your family to this property.

I love to walk but just to little far from the center to walk, but a taxi takes you for 20 riyal to the center of medina.

Room were clean, everything functioning properly, very well maintained, would recommend.
Location from the Harm. A bit far.
