The apartment ( No.5) is large, with a very modern fit-out, huge amounts of storage space and a great view. There are dozens of power points and good free WiFi. The management was very responsive in trying to resolve issues (and the local electrician turned up on a Saturday morning).

Most of what was formerly a spacious living room is now taken up by two single beds (with no privacy). The sitting area is small and cramped, with no coffee table or side tables The air-conditioner was broken (on a 32 degree day) and the blinds had not been drawn on the bank of north-facing windows. There were also other maintenance issues. There is no designated parking for unit 5 and the informal parking to which we were directed was already occupied by a 4WD and trailer.

Security screens….. windows and floors needed a good scrub. Bird poop on the outside which I couldn’t reach…. Inside covered I. Marks, I cleaned them myself.
