I am gonna send a detailed complaint , they denoted my entry , I entered the room today morning 2 am, they said the rooms are booked despite my booking , this issue has to be undertaken by Booking.com since I travelled 40 km to reach here , do not list such lodges in your site (we cannot call it as hotel ). The staffs were totally arrogant and I could not find any room now

Nothing were at least acceptable as All bad as following:
1)No wifi in lobby
2)Cleaner scan my passport in the check in instead of the employee
3) during check in the employee steal my remaining money
4) they Told me place is bad all people leave the hotel
5)No tissue or any minimum supplies in the room
6)No password for wifi to be shared to not use with laptop, and for mobile they have to enter on the device by cleaner
7) Wrong location on the Google
8) No check out report was given
9) Cockroach everywhere
