I like how they welcomed us and got us everything that we need.
They didn't inform us that there's no breakfast in house. Breakfast included in our stay which they bought from nearby restaurants. We only knew about it when we left our room which was a bit uncomfortable for us. However, they got us breakfast upon our request and orders.

I loved the room and their sizes.
They used smart fan devices which provided fresh air.
24x7 hot water in bathroom was good.
Please adjust the costings for a night and that too without ac.
A female staff would have made my partner more comfortable.

Near airport
There was some confusion about the booking . Staff said I double booked the room . Then there was no air conditioning for the booking . Asked for additional money which I ended up paying. No toilet tissue paper in the bathroom

Great location for Kochi airport. We arrived/departed in the dark so didn't see exactly where it is, but semed to be behind a residential area. Ground floor room clean and comfortable. Plenty of power sockets for both UK/EU plugs. Kettle with tea/coffee. Fan. A/C extra cost. Shuttle to airport excellent. Good for one night.
Cold water shower. Hot water only from separate tap below. Had to mix hot and cold water in a bucket with jug to wash body and hair. No fridge, no hairdryer, no bottle of water. If you want a hot water shower, do not stay here. Otherwise it's ok.

The staff is very friendly and helpful
The access to the hotel is very awkward with small lanes. Breakfast is room service with not proper dinnerware.

The property is very clean and seems quite new. Staff were really welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. Breakfast was served in our room and really yummy. We stayed because we arrived at the airport late and they had late checkin which was perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need something near the airport.

The room and bathroom was really nice, very clean and the staff friendly. There was shuttle service at 2 Am with no delay to the airport.
I went to bed early 8 pm ,since I had a early flight and told staff so. Nevertheless they woke me up twice ( really loud phone call ) by mistake, which really upset me. Air conditioner and ventilator are not optimally ubicated and lights outside were bright.

Location is excellent. Very quiet and refreshing. Rooms are clean. Staff are professional. Check in was smooth. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good. toilets are clean. hot water is available while bathing the owner is very kind there is also a holiday package available I'm very happy good conditions

Nice place to stay with family or friends . The hotel is very clean and well kept , also nice service 😊
Another good thing is, the airport is just 4 minutes away from the hotel.

In-house food / dining facility is not available. Connectivity from main road is not good. Narrow approach road.

this hotel is nice and clean . Surrounding atmosphere is very calm . It’s in a residential area
seems a new hotel. owner Martin is a nice guy . Staff of the hotel are very cooperative,ready to help all the time . They provided complimentary airport pickups. Breakfast was provided in room . Breakfast was delicious it was complimentary.They don’t have restaurant in hotel . They provide from other restaurant . Overall nice experience.
