Everything is Miami is crazy expensive so this place was really affordable. There is a little cute terrace outside the entrance, you have a parking space right in front of the house, the bed is comfortable. There is a cat outside, who constantly wants to walk in. Miau. Its a plus if you like cats and it's a big minus if you are allergic to them :)

The place locking system is not very trustworthy, even though nothing was stolen or missing i wouldn't have felt safe to leave any expensive stuff there. The shower is the one that is attached to the wall that makes showering somehow weird haha. But it's not an issue for those who dont care. And the area is this kind of typical neighbourhood from movies where middle/lower class people live. I wouldnt have felt safe to walk there alone at dark time. Nothing happened, it seemed to be very quiet, but it's not the place i would put on my headphones and will go for an evening walk.

The host was very attentive and kind all the time in his messages before our arrival.

Upon arriving at the property we realized that the room assigned was not the same as the photos in our booking, and also much smaller! The door locks were not installed well and not very secure! Unfortunately, another guest from the next room, arriving at 2:30am drunk, did not care about his neighbors when using the shared bathroom, making a lot of noise and leaving vomit in the toilet and the bathroom sink clogged.
