This motorhome would be great as overflow accommodations to a large gathering in conjunction with the other properties listed by the owner. We were confused when we arrived because the outside surroundings look nothing like the photos posted here. Apparently the owner had the photos staged at a KOA. During our stay, there was no ability to open the outdoor awnings of the motorhome because there was a project RV parked directly next to this one. The use of the pool, hottub, garden, and play area is "permitted" if the other rentals on the property are unoccupied. This was not clear to us until we arrived. We were able to enjoy them on the first night, and after that our access was rescinded. The RV itself is great. It is fairly spacious (although it was listed as 2 bedroom when we booked, which was not true) and nicely furnished. The two bunkbeds could potentially fit smaller adults, but they are definitely sized for kids. My husband is slim and 6 foot even and he didn't fit in the bunkbed comfortably. The other places to sleep include a queen bed in the back bedroom, and a pull-down couch, which would be tight for two adults, but slept one adult and our 9 month old fine. I corresponded with the owner a few times during our stay and he responded quickly. A walkthrough of the property would have been nice when we arrived, even though we did not drive the motorhome, RVs are unique and we weren't able to figure out how to access/operate some stuff. Would give 3.5 stars.

The description of the property and the pictures showing it were not at all like what we found. The pictures showed the RV in a park like setting. What we found was the RV parked in the back corner of a gravel parking lot in between a fence and a broken down camper. (I tried to put pictures but was unable). I asked, prior to booking, if the RV was parked in the driveway and was told that it was on the hosts 3 acre property. He never said it was not as pictured in the VRBO ad. The description also says it sleeps 6 people, but the bed in the salon is not big enough for 2 so it really only sleeps 5 comfortably. It said there were 2 bathrooms; there was 1 toilet, 1 shower and 2 sinks. That’s not 2 bathrooms. The readiness of the RV was over an hour past the checkin time. When we received the text that it was ready, we found it to be 90 degrees inside. We spent about 2 hours texting with the host to get the ac working and it was another 2 hours before it was comfortable to be inside. We then found that there were not enough towels for 6 people, bed linens and pillows were missing, no kitchen linens or paper towels, and no coffee machine. The host was responsive to get those issues taken care of, but we really shouldn't have had to ask for anything. WIFI was listed in the amenities, but it didn’t reach to the RV's parking spot. I’ve emailed the host to let him know of my disappointment and have never received a response.

Overall everything was great. I would have liked a little more communication with the host in the beginning. I got no information until a week before our visit. I got no gate key information until 2 hours before arrival. Even an email telling me it was going to be like that would have been preferable to no communication. I started worrying that the place didn't really exist. We would have liked more coffee cups. There was only 1 coffee cup in the RV. We only got 2 towels. We had to ask for dish soap and a sponge to do our dishes. The RV was very clean and looks just like the pictures online.
