Everything we hoped for

This home was designed nicely and well stocked. The finishings and appliances were high quality. Unfortunately the listing was inaccurate and it really impacted our stay. We specifically booked this place based on the number of beds. “Sleeps 10” is laughable. The third queen bed mentioned in the listing did not exist. When we notified the host, they said there was supposed to be an air mattress in the closet (there was not). Even so, it’s very misleading to list an air mattress as a queen bed. A previous review mentioned the listing was misleading. That feedback was obviously ignored. A few other minor issues: - walls are in need of a touch up - many scuff marks + some decor fell off the wall during our stay (was not properly anchored) - ants in the kitchen - window shade needed in master bathroom

The house was very nice, clean and well taken care of. The only issue we had was that it said 5 bedrooms and it was only 4. The listing said there was a 5th bedroom with a single bed and there was not. Everything else was wonderful though

We checked in and the property was clean and orderly. The wife and kids commented positively about the property. The amenities were as described. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were large. The neighborhood was well maintained. We would certainly rent this property again if the need arose.

Very spacious and cozy home. Lots of room to spread out both in the bed room upper level and lower level living area. Home is well stocked with kitchen essentials and the design is elegant and enjoyable. There is an abundance of scuffs, dings, and scratches on the walls throughout the space. I think a days worth of paint touch up would go a long way. The immediate neighborhood is not terrific for access to shops, food or walking. But, a very quick car ride will solve that.

We VRBO a lot! I hate to give a bad review but this place WAS THE WORST. I am a reasonable person. Legit DO NOT book here. The property management was unresponsive. We reported a non-working oven and range. I have a family of 6 to cook for. Oven just wouldn't turn on and the knobs were falling off the range controls and were stripped. You could only turn the range on with pliers. They kept saying that they would have someone come out and repair and follow up and neither happened. I would call and they totally worked me over promising someone would come. Nothing. No-one showed up over and over. I kept leaving my family and heading back to the house to check so we could make the next meal. So frustrating. Listen, I know things happen at VRBO's. I wasn't upset about the oven bc I assumed as soon as I let them know they would take care of it for us. But they were literally like "too bad". We were staying 4 days and decided to leave early morning day 3 bc we couldn't cook anything. I asked for a refund just for our 4the day bc I explained to them I wasn't up for staying another night and spending another $200 per meal to take my husband and our 4 kids out to eat. And they decline. I was shocked. Seriously, you provided horrible/zero service and told us too bad about the non working oven and range. I was on the phone with Patriot Homes for 2 hours and a manager Jess said to me "sorry it's not in our policy to refund." I asked to escalate above Jess and she told "no".

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location for proximity to downtown.
