The view at night with the pool's reflection across the dome and the tranquility of the sunrise. The breakfast and dinner packages added more privacy and isolation to the experience. The gift presented at the beginning of our stay was unique. The BBQ grill had a great set-up and lights. The leaves outside the dome to communicate with the staff using nature was exceptionally different.

The air-conditioning kept quitting during the heavy hot hours of the day so it woke us up at the same time everyday which made sleeping not convenient. Breakfast choices could've been better avoiding cooked dishes and adding more options.

Breakfast was fine. But I expected it to be laid out not provided in a crate for us to plate. Also there was no information regarding the meal.

The price was too high for one night given that the location is quite close to Riyadh and you could see the traffic from the back of our room.

The dome is amazing and has great facilities. I liked how relaxing and quiet is the retreat. It’s a wellness destination.

They need to add SPA services and they said it’s already on the plan

the property is very relaxing the location and area is beautiful , rooms are clean and spacious.

the property lacks essential and it did hit me by surprise. for instance they do not have proper plates for grilling yet they sell a grilling packages which is not cheap 300+ SAR ( they provide small desert plate) also the service is very slow and not acceptable ( I ordered a cup to drink my coffee on breakfast yet it took them more than 40 minutes I finished my breakfast before the cup came). The breakfast is really less than average they bring most of the products from a local shop (which is average) and the scrambled eggs is not cooked properly and they put it in a plastic plate and it came in a bad condition and it wasn’t fresh its like the food you get on airplanes. I’ve raised my concern to the management yet no response and they let me pay the full amount for my stay which is almost 3000 SAR. I was planning for a quick peaceful getaway yet I received bad service and in total it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

it was gorgeous very clean and the people that’s work there ware very respectful and nice so really I did enjoy my time there it was a relaxing place if you wanna go with your wife she will love it.
