The room was clean but no AC. The beach is near by. Rooms are well lit.
1) No AC.
2) Main door latch was broken.
3) Nobody to cater around if any help required. Each time the owner had to be contacted n then he would relate it to his men. Lots of customers valuable time is lost in all this.
4) Booking .com said not to pay anything after the booking to the guest house till we reach there but email was sent immediately for part payment by the guest house saying to confirm booking even when it was just for a day. Besides ₹200/-was also taken as deposit money along with room charges as soon as we reached there.
5) No breakfast is available forget a cup of tea.
6) The owner does not trust his customers. Very upsetting n sad deal.

- Clean, good for short stay
- Excellent location
- Restaurant in premises, excellent food, reasonable price
- Staff very helpful & familial... you'd remember them personally by their names :)

The walkable distance to the beach was the only attraction.
Lacking Cleanliness, incompetent staff. There was no water in the washroom in the morning, I had to call the caretaker and wait for half an hour before restoring water.

This property carolina guest house 🏡 plus point is the beach is very near to this and that to it’s very clean and safe .. you can near the beach side.. it’s just amazing and kids enjoy the most
