The property was beautiful. Me and my family came for my son’s wedding from Florida, Maryland, DC. House rules were restrictive for anyone else coming to see you while you were in town. We are over 50 years old. If you plan a stay here and expect for anyone to stop by briefly to just say hello or drop something off to you, this may not be the place for you. Overall, it’s very spacious well equipped and decorated appropriately.

The location was great, we were in town for the Steelers game. Loved that the house was historic but it’s updated modern and clean. Having 3 masters was a HUGE plus. We did have a rental car and emailed and called the Pittsburgh Parking Authority for street parking pass and had no issues. 7-11 and Giant Eagle grocery right there walking distance. Definitely recommend.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Able to walk to town and many other places. Be aware, there are STAIRS! But my 88-year-old mother was able to navigate them!

We stayed at Arthur’s home for the weekend to attend a Steelers game. The home was extremely well appointed and clean. Had everything we needed and was the perfect location close to everything downtown. Would definitely recommend this home and will stay again!

We flew in from California to watch our 49ers play the Pittsburgh steelers. Was a short walk to the stadium. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay! We had plenty of space for our family and it was easy to navigate to where we had to go from this property. We appreciated how clean everything was and how many bedrooms had bathrooms.

This property was great if you're looking for a cityscape trip with a large family or a group of friends. We had 3 kids 3 and under and it worked out great. No outdoor space to play, but plenty of room inside for them to roam the first floor.
The third floor gets a little hot in the summer, but that is the only minor complaint.

My friends and I were in Pittsburgh for the weekend Vintage Car show and race. This was a great location. Charming on the outside, modern and clean on the inside. My friends and I enjoyed coffee on the back porch in the morning. Easy and short Uber ride to downtown restaurants minutes away. Well recommended!

Was in town for the National Senior Games held at the convention center just across the river. This location was perfect and convenient to everything located downtown or on the north side. The house is amazing. Very spacious, well maintained, and clean. Highly recommend.

Nicely renovated, plenty of space, perfect for 4 of us who all needed separate bedrooms. Very clean. Liked the outdoor upstairs patio.
