Great little place to stay. Warm, clean and the beds were very comfortable. I'll stay here from now on when I'm in Davenport.

We loved the house, the front windows are wonderful. Our dog loved the windows too! The main road is a little noisy but didn’t bother us at all. The location to downtown and all the main attractions is perfect! 😍

This property is as advertised. It is a great location for anything you would want to do in the Quad Cities. It’s cozy and comfortable.

We stayed here for the Bix 7 race. The location made it convenient to go back and forth to downtown. Nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great, though we did have to buy an egg pan, as the one that was there was pretty beat up.

We went out for the Truck show in Walcott. Due to health reasons we had to leave early. They were azing to work with! No hassles. The house was so clean! Bed was comfy! Only problem and it's my fault. The battery in the key pad needed to be replaced. I forgot to let them know. We will be back!

We had a nice stay here. The place was clean and quiet- there was minimal noise from the street. It is listed as a 2 bedroom but there is only one large bedroom with two full beds and a futon in the living room that folds out. We had a family of 5 staying here but it seems more equipped for 4 people or less, based on seating availability in the living room and kitchen. They did a nice job with the remodel and overall our stay was good.

Property was littered with trash outside. There was broken beer bottles, empty alcohol containers, and garbage covering the ground. A fight broke out across the street as we arrived and we did not feel safe. We left the property after 30 minutes and did not stay either night. We booked a hotel in town.
The host did not respond to our message on VRBO that we were leaving. After calling the office the morning after we were told the host would call us. He did not. We received a message from the host saying sorry that we had left. After inquiring about a refund the host said that it was not possible.
I am very disappointed and angry with how we were treated by the host.

The property was neat. It was located near a grocery store (which was great for our family). The interior was clean and looked recently remodeled.

Great experience. I was in town for the St Patrick’s Day parade. The citibus stop was two blocks away with direct route to downtown parade route. I was nice to avoid traffic, trying to find parking and a PLUS was veterans ride the bus for free. Space was very clean and even though located on a busy street I didn’t notice much outside noise at all. Hosts provided sufficient communication and I enjoyed my stay!

The host was very responsive and the property was very clean! Check in and out was a breeze! The only reason for not leaving 5 stars was the listing said 2 bedrooms and it was only 1. The living room had a futon but I wouldn’t count that as a bedroom. But all in all everything was great ☺️
