Need safety rails in bathroom as the tub/shower has very high sides. Replace sofa bed. It in Not comfortable.

Property owner called me up as I was driving to the site and informed me that he would not honor the one-night stay. He then proceeded to rant about his difficulties working with booking.com with no concern that I now needed to find alternative lodging. No apology, just a diatribe about himself and how annoyed he was with having to call me to cancel. Wow.
