Personalet var super søde. Der var en fejl i forbindelse med check-in, men de løste det hurtigt og tilfredsstillende.
Til morgenmaden var personalet hurtige til at rydde af bordene og fylde op på buffeten.
Værelset var stort og godt indtettet, og sengene var gode.
Prisen var god i forhold til, hvad vi fik for pengene.
Puderne var lidt store og der var ikke særlig rent under lave møbler (senge, natborde).

Very noisy - which was expected considering the location. The music from the club, however, kept going until 7 AM/8 AM.

It's like an oasis in an otherwise unsafe area at night. Book a room with interior part of the hotel view and you re golden. Also breakfast was awesome and staff was friendly :)

The room was comfy, but it wasn't totally clean. Not at the level that it would bother you but just something to keep in mind.

Location if you like to party. Connection with public transport, and nearby food options.
Breakfast was very basic considering the price (some yogurt packages are even expired) and the three-star rating hotel. The beds were too soft, no iron in the room

Very friendly stuff and the location is great. it’s located directly next to the party spot, but the sound isolation is good, so for me was easy to sleep. Breakfast is basic, but enough things to find for everyone.

The bed was OK. Room was OK.
The Disco which played loud music until 6am! It was from Saturday to Sunday and I don't know if it is everyday. However, they emptied their trash twice at 7am.

The gentleman with beard that works at the reception in the evening and also helps out at the bar. Is a pride and joy to the hotel. His customer service is absolutely amazing. Such a friendly person. I’m sorry that I forgot his name.

Very nice personel. Access to hot water for free. Reasonably priced parking.
It is in the middle of St. Pauli and unfortunately you can experience it at night, with loud music until the morning.

the staff is super rude, they insolted me and my friend , pillows and bed sheets were old and dirty . I know the hotel staff is going to reply some nasty thing to me as they do to others. But I would not recommend anyone to stay here

The staff is very friendly and nice.
The rooms are big and comfortable, with great bathrooms.
Breakfast is quite good.
During the day is a very quiet hotel if you need to work or do your things.
The position is quite central.
Unfortunately, the area is not the quietest in Hamburg. You can hear music from clubs, and this requires closing the windows. Without air conditioning is very warm. If you have to work, consider that The wifi in the room is quite shaky (at least in mine)
