Bell appartamento al 13 piano , vista stupenda vari ristoranti e fast food in zona ed anche supermercati . Camere con condizionatori una di queste con bagno in camera ! Staff sempre disponibile e gentile rispondono subito per ogni esigenza . Spero che sistemiate quelle 2/3 cose!! sono dei dettagli ma questi alzerebbero di molto il livello
Poche stoviglie,coperte mancanti e brutto odore di fogna nel secondo bagno e qualche insetto in giro per casa qualche muro aveva segni di non so ancora cosa !!! Per le stoviglie ci hanno subito dato assistenza portandoci qualcosina come ci hanno portato il phone per capelli , per gli insetti abbiamo risolto con degli insetticidi , per l’odore di fogna abbiamo buttato dell’acqua e coperto gli scarichi nel pavimento temporaneamente.

L'appartement est super, très grand avec une vue extraordinaire. Nous avons profité de la piscine et du gym. Enregistrement rapide. Appartement tranquille et sécuritaire. Il y a deux épiceries à proximité et plusieurs petits restaurants.
Équipment minimaliste, à prévoir: linge de vaisselle, savons, très peu de vaisselle. Une semaine sans ménage. Il faut juste prévoir, c'est comme à la maison.

Muy bonito apartamento, grande, cómodo y tenia todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía, cuenta con todos los utencilios de cocina, plancha, nevera , lavadora y secadora

The hallways could’ve been cleaner. They should tell the visitors where to throw the garbage. I had to ask the person via the chat where to throw the garbage. I had to ask them about several things that was not communicated to me beforehand. Also the only way to communicate with the owners/management was through char and it was odd because different people would speak, English and Spanish. I wanted to call and they said to only chat. It was hard because my WiFi was bad and chatting is too much back and forth. They just have to make the communication process easier, not have to go through all these steps to simply ask questions about the facilities,etc. It could be cleaner too!

Location was excellent, property had basic amenities. Property was clean , view was good . Pool could use some maintenance but was still pretty decent . Kitchen was missing forks but overall I would recommend and stay at this property .
Beds could’ve used more sheets there was only 1 single sheet on most the beds . WiFi worked but was poorer to the kitchen and bedrooms closer to the front door . Front desk wasn’t able to speak English at all and wasn’t very helpful . Thankfully didn’t have to interact very much .1

I liked the location and close proximity to commercial places. it is also easy to get onto the "Corredores" with a car.
I liked the view of the city from the room. What i did like was the educative experience of deciding that i would never buy an apartment in a PH building in Panamá. the construction is horrific and the finishes are just plain awful.
Parking in the building is a nightmare. Looks like it was designed only for Kia Picantos! (probably similar in all PH buildings and probably not just in this one)
I did like the washer/dryer in the room, that was handy!
Terrible service from staff, they made me feel like a criminal for having my dog with me. They told me i needed to put a muzzle on my dog when every other dog i saw didn't have one (my dog is 13 years old and very well trained). The room was not properly cleaned on arrival, the beds are really small and not what i expected (you can't even charge a phone next to the beds. The toilet wasn't fixed to the floor and one of the basins had a big crack in it.
The swimming pool is hideous. Maybe they should let dogs go and swim in it as no human should.

The apartment was in a good location and the view was very nice.
I rented two 3 bedroom apartments for our family. We got one key per apartment which also had a fob to use elevator, took two days to get another. Lots of stair walking for us. There were not enough towels for the amount of people you would have for a 3 bedroom apt. two bathrooms per apartment and only 1 toilet paper roll, they did not supply any more. No way to clean dishes in sink, no sponge and no dishwashing liquid. we borrowed from another apartment. No blankets for the beds only one sheet. We were granted late checkout then security came up and said we had to be out at original time. Very bad management.

There was mould on the walls in one of the bedrooms. This was hazardous to our health. After 4 days the issue was not addressed, so we were forced to leave and seek accommodation at a hotel. The service was awful.

For future reference as a customer they should know how to speak English not only their language should be dual for someone like us don’t know how to speak Spanish

Nice neat 3 bedroom apartment. Bedrooms are spacious. Nice to have a washer/dryer to be able to do laundry. Pool facilities and the gym are great, well kept and clean.
The apartment is not adequately stocked with crockery and cutlery for an apartment that accommodates 6 people. There are not enough plates or bowls and no pots big enough to cook for a family, which is the reason for choosing self catering. There is an oven but no roasting dishes of any kind. There is no spare bedding to use, only a sheet on the beds. There were no cloths or sponges provided to wash dishes. The apartment is cheaply built and I did not feel safe on the patio.
The apartment also needs to use its full name as their are many Boutique Apartments in Coco del Mar and our Uber kept taking us to the wrong apartments.

We loved the location, the view, easily accessible to and from malls and surrounding restaurants. I would stay again on my next visit and I would recommend as well.
The apartment could have been a bit cleaner, I think the towels has done their time and can now be replaced, the AC unit in that specific apartment needs to be cleaned and filter changed . The internet connection could have been a bit better. The reception persons need to be bilingual or use translator app for English speaking guest.

Very accommodating building staff, very friendly and helpful with giving pointers where to eat and how to get around.
Did not appreciate the previous occupant ex large dirty white tee shirt and secret deodorant left under the middle room bed along with dust mites. Worked on my allergy.

Space enough for a family, pool was fine and garage parking was a plus. Grateful for a washer and dryer! Property manager was responsive when we couldn’t find location and when we needed a bit more time to check out
Would have liked a few more items in the kitchen, as we stayed there to cook our own food: a dish towel, oven mit, cookie sheet/ oven pan and forks. We did buy our own dish soap and cleaning items for the kitchen. Mattress and pillows not great, but not horrible

This apartment needs to be fixed in their bathrooms and if you like to sleep with blankets you need to bring one because they don't have one. the kitchen is not well equipped, there is little you could cook. However it has a beautiful view.

The view, all the facilities to stay with family o groups. Laundry, wifi, kitchen it was so good.
The tv , the audio didnt work.
There is no manual to know how to use tv/cable control, call reception or the wifi. Also need manual for kitchen/laundry machine.
The pool is good but it needs maintenance to fix the floor and walls.
