The cottage was adorable and in a perfect central location for all things Erie! The check-in/check-out process was super easy and Mackenzie was a great host! We will definitely be returning to the cottage. Go Otters!

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage! It was exactly what we needed for our home away from home while visiting Erie for a gymnastics competition. The space has been decorated and stocked beautifully with everything we needed to make a couple meals and get some relaxation in between events. Some crazy winter weather sweeped in the day we arrived and the owners were quick to respond to messages and came over to shovel and salt the walkways so we had no trouble getting out the door the next morning! Location is great - 10-20 minutes from everything we had planned. We were a little concerned that trains would keep us up, but they didnt run throughout the night so that was a plus! We will definitely look into renting this space again next time we find ourselves in the Erie area! Thank you so much!

We had a great weekend stay at The Cozy Gray Cottage while visiting family during the holidays. This property was very quiet and comfortable, had everything you'd need for an extended stay and was exceptionally clean. It is in close proximity to restaurants and activities. My family enjoyed the games and the Christmas decorations were a nice touch for the holidays. We definitely plan to stay again when we are back in the area.

Whenever we look for a place to stay we look for certain things or amenities. This place blew me away! White towels and white bedding that was white and was fresh and clean! The style of the cottage is very modern and the finishing touches were noticed. Our family goes to the beach every summer and we have changed our plans to come here next summer.

I've stayed at a few vacation rentals over the years but this was the first place that exceeded my expectations. As you can see from the listing, the cottage has been renovated from top to bottom. Everything is pristine and well thought out. There are labels for everything and the host provides this virtual guide so all the info you need is readily available. It's also very kid friendly home as well. All furniture is anchored to the walls, there is kids bowls, plates, utensils, and nothing is really breakable there. The owners have thought of everything. There's clear instructions and guidance on how to operate appliances, they provided all brand new cookware, beach towels, bath towels, etc. There was even many outlets with usbs to charge devices, etc. I also loved the echo dots in the rooms. I have them at home and use them as sound machines. So convenient! Every vacation, I tend to sleep horribly. Most beds just aren't comfortable. This was the first rental where I slept like a baby. It's very comfortable there with a smart thermostat and new ceiling fans. Great to stay cool during the summer. There is also a front and side door entrance. Side door is great when coming back from the beach to avoid getting sand everywhere. It was by far the best place I've stayed in and will definitely plan to stay again next year.

This cottage was just as advertised. Exceptionally clean and very close to the Erie attractions. With 2 little children, we didn't have to spend a lot of time in the car getting to where we were going. Hosts had everything you needed there. I would definitely reccommend and would stay there again!
