The lodge was exactly as described. The location is quiet and secluded, just what we were looking for. The wood burning stove along with the charming, rustic interior design made us feel in a fairytale.

Our stay for a couple of days was delightful. The place was just as promised. The king size bed was nice and firm and delightful to sleep in. The window treatments in the bedroom were a nice unique touch. The main room was quite “homey” and the appliances were new and all working well. The walk-in shower was a pleasant surprise (missed it in the pictures from the website.)
Needed to call Bryan once, and he returned my call within minutes. Overall, a very satisfactory experience. We would stay there again.

The home was fairly easy to find- the red barn helped. We loved the views! The lodge was just as expected but honestly even better in person. Very clean and cozy. We had our 6 month old daughter with us and she got to experience her first snow there. We made a ton of memories. Thank you! We’ve already recommended your place to family and friends.

Beautiful, comfortable cabin with lots of charm and character. Driveway is rough, but my sedan handled it fine in late fall (everything is dry).

Overall wonderful stay in the middle the woods on a mountain, which is what we wanted. The directions provided by the owner helped tremendously because my GPS would have been wrong. Loved the woodstove and outdoor Jacuzzi. The shower was a little crazy but I'm used to being able to have more pressure and the ability to turn it off easier, prob an operator error there. We even saw plenty of wildlife just by sitting on the porch, gorgeous views all around.

The cabin was very cozy, everything was so comfortable (bed/bedding was wonderful) and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the views and the drive into the mountains was beautiful. Slightly rustic/steep parking and getting in and out but otherwise perfect!

We found the cabin to be nestled nicely in the mountains. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed (except food of course). The views from any room are amazing and we even was joined by a moose one night for coffee on the patio. Would definitely stay here again

When we arrived at the cabin we were very pleased with the warmness of the living room and kitchen area. The bedroom view was truly magical with the mountains at all angles. My children and I were so happy and connected during our stay. The privacy and quietness of this secluded property were a great first experience with VRBO. I will definitely use this app again!

We were looking for secluded and in the mountains, but close to Golden. This place was awesome! It is pretty rustic looking outside, but has everything you need inside. Was very comfortable with modern touches!
Even had some incredible visits from local wildlife!
The only negative I would have is if you have trouble walking or are otherwise disabled, the steps are pretty steep up to the front door.

Absolutely perfect! We arrived after dark so what a beautiful surprise in the morning to pull open the curtains and see the view of the mountains!
Cosy, cosy, cosy, plenty of blankets, comfy seating, very comfy beds and bedding. Very clean. Amazing bathroom, well supplied kitchen. Absolutely thrilled, highly recommend. Great little cafe within walking distance!

We spent 3 nights here. We wanted a quiet getaway in the mountains and that is what it was. A small little mountain cabin. It was quiet cold out and therefore the air was uncomfortably dry from the forced air blowing so much but other than that we had no complaints.

The property was everything good hope it would be! It had everything I could want for a quick relaxing getaway. The hot tub was great to relieve stress and take in the beautiful surroundings! 4 wheel drive is definitely recommended when snow is on the ground. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the cabin, it was just as described. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We loved the wood burning stove and watching the snow in the evening. We did need 4 wheel Drive to get in and out of the driveway just as recommended. We would definitely stay here again!
