We srayed here on NYE and it was an easy two block walk to Single Barrel restaurant and two blocks, the other way, to the Rococo theatre. Bed was a little hard, but overall a great stay.

We needed a place for the holidays and this was a perfect location for us to pivot and see friends and family in different locations. Great local options all around!

After a hard time finding the place, our stay was wonderful! The property was super clean and has a relaxed, cozy feel. The owner has it decorated very nice! Even had a Christmas tree which was a nice extra. I had to message the owner with a question and she contacted me immediately. Very impressed!! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

We've stayed in downtown Lincoln before, but the the previous stays did not compare to this lovely condo. Location is exceptional, parking was close, and the condo is stocked with thoughtful amenities. Jackie went above and beyond--responsive and cared that every detail was perfect for our stay. We'll be back!

The location is perfect for a visit to the University of Nebraska campus. The unit itself is also perfect -- quality throughout from the construction to the furnishings, kitchenware and linens etc. Good for two people, with large living area and ample seating. Bathroom was very nice and large. Washer & dryer is a nice touch although we did not use it. Parking is very convenient, a short walk from the unit. Jackie was super responsive and accommodating.

Great location near The Haymarket, many restaurants, bars nearby. Very nicely furnished & appointed. I was by myself and felt very comfortable & safe. Keurig-style coffee maker with pods & creamer supplied. Would definitely stay here again. Jackie was available and helpful.

Super cute condo in downtown Lincoln. Very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Parking in a garage very close to the building with free parking pass. Loved everything, would highly recommend!!

This is a great unit that is well decorated and feels like a proper apartment. It does not have that empty, dorm-room feel like a lot of rentals. It is also in a hyper convenient, downtown location close to a drugstore and restaurants. That said, the previous reviewer who mentioned the mushy bed was correct. There is a 2-3 inch foam topper on top of what appears to be a foam, bed-in-a-box mattress. Zero back and hip support. Had to go sleep on the couch. Also, am not sure that the linens were actually changed before I got there. Found multiple hairs on the bed, under the comforter. Shower head also needs to be tightened, because it drips for 3-4 mins after you turn it off. This unit is a 7 that would be a 9 with some easy, small tweaks.

We had a great stay, the elevator was being painted so we walked some extra steps and the bed was too soft with a foam topper. It was clean and worked great for the blues festival

2 of of children attend UNL. We decided to visit them this past weekend. This condo was just want we needed. In a GREAT location. It was a secure safe building and the hosts thought of everything. It was so homey and didn’t need anything. We will definitely be coming back and renting again!!! Thank you for the awesome place!!

Jackie's place was fantastic. The location is perfect for haymarket or downtown. The place is perfect. Has everything you need. Everything is in excellent shape. You also get a parking spot in a garage about 2 blocks away. Jackie's communication was very fast. We left some stuff there. She very quickly found it and areanged for us to get it back.the best place I have stayed at. Thank you Jackie

This was a great place, I wish we would have been in town longer. The building and area are receiving updates, so there’s some construction in the area, but it didn’t take anything away from the stay. Wonderful, clean, stocked with all the main things and then some. This would be perfect for a business person or traveling nurse, and it was so much cheaper than a hotel would have been for our 1 night stay. Jackie was amazing to work with and answered all questions quickly. I will stay here again!

Our stay was so much fun! So much going on downtown Lincoln. We saw a play at the Lied Center, live music at the Zoo, and tasted some so so delicious beers at the Boiler brewery. We had lunch at the Green Gateau, wonderful food, highly recommend!
Jacky was an amazing host! Check in was so smooth. The apartment was furnished amazingly. The kitchen was furnished with everything you could possibly need.
The bed was comfortable, with every type of pillow imaginable. 😆
We will definitely stay here again!
