If I could give it an extra star I would. Place was spotless clean, well organized with everything labeled, had extra of everything necessary, and on top of that it had wonderful trails (with great signage, and QR codes for info!) right outside the back door. The creek is great for kids and dogs to pass the time in. And there are benches to sit on at different spots. Another bonus was a large mud room for when we got back hiking with our dog. Very helpful! You can tell the owner is detail oriented. My only issue is that we were only able to stay for a day and half. But we'd definitely book again! Now... this isn't really an issue, but there is only one bathroom. For the three of us... no problem. Just something to keep in mind if traveling with more than that. Definitely 5 stars.

This place was pristine and cozy and wonderful, but the big win was the trails. It was just me having a short getaway from the city, and I loved this place. I went on three walks with a cup of coffee, and still did not cover all the very well marked and maintained private trails.
This was the perfect short getaway. I will be returning with the family next time.

This house was absolutely perfect. The owners put so much care in every detail. From the cleanliness of the home to the comfortable beds & furniture to the artwork on the walls to the 3 miles of trails behind the home with clear paths, benches & neat things from the past nestled throughout.
We really enjoyed hiking the trails and sitting on the screened in front porch looking at the beautiful trees.
I work remotely and the internet worked perfectly.
We loved this home and can't wait to come back.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness and organization of this quaint home. Everything was labeled and easy to find and the home was well stocked with many thoughtful things we needed. We could tell much care was put into ensuring that we had everything we needed. It was a very kid friendly home, and our little ones enjoyed the well maintained trails and the beautiful yard. The location was perfect for us to bring our boat and dock it at the nearby marina. A wonderful experience - we will definitely be back!

The owners attention to detail and desire to make you comfortable is unmatched in our experience! The extra amenities were a pleasant surprise. The well groomed nature trails on the property are great for families to explore. There were absolutely zero negatives with this property.

Very clean and well accommodated. We all felt very comfortable and could easily visit with our child attending college at Young Harris.
I enjoyed the screened in porch in the mornings and our boys enjoyed the walking trail and basketball. Thank you. We will look forward to a return stay.

We had a great time at this property for Mother’s Day weekend! For our family of just us and our three year old, the property was perfect. I loved that the bunk bedroom was off the master so I didn’t have to worry about our son possibly waking up and trying to get outside during the night. The house had everything we could have needed and more. We loved walking through the woods to the creek, playing outside around the house, and grilling out one evening. We will definitely be back!

The property is a delight. Our children wanted to spend every minute playing in the woods or outside. The owners take excellent care of the place and label everything so you don’t lose your mind looking for things. They are attentive if anything needs care and kind to their guests.

We brought our dogs for a weekend getaway- loved the hiking trails on property. The house had everything we needed from coffee supplies, to phone chargers, to doggie water dish and bed. Location was also central to everywhere we wanted to visit! Thanks for a lovely stay!
