Very pricy but this is Tokyo

Absolutely wonderful experience, clean rooms, fresh feeling hotel with a helpful staff right in the middle of Shibuya! Highly redommend.

Staff are super friendly and effective and the hotel is beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay.

We get to our room and there was a lot of noise, construction noise. there was a construction site under our window. Huge machinery breaking down concrete. I go to front desk and the manager, Ryuji Harada, his first response was “use ear plugs”!! Really? We paid so much money for this hotel and I’ve to use earplugs? He refused to switch our room. He said the other side is facing the street and it’s noisy with cars and tourists. I would’ve taking that instead of heavy machinery from 7am to about 6pm. We had booked for three nights. Couldn’t find any other decently priced hotel so we had to stay. Customer service was horrible. Location is the only good thing about this hotel but what good does it when there’s construction going on right next to the building. Will never recommend this place.

New building Great location

Lobby was disappointing. There was no “proper” chair in my room, only a couch with no proper back, so basically nowhere to comfortably sit except in bed. It was a bit odd. Overall a very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very clean, and in a fantastic part of Shibuya.

Stayed on the 28th floor. Very nice view of Shibuya. Clean, nice bedding and spacious. Close to everything.

Hotel is new and very convenient, close to the shopping area. However, not much driver can send us to the entrance of the hotel. Also, the room is small and so noisy outside even at mid night

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location - less than 5 minute walk to Shibuya Station. Room was well maintained and clean.

We had a really difficult time finding the entrance to Hotel Indigo coming from Shibuya Station. The street-level entrance is not well marked. Aside from that, and the small room size, we did enjoy our stay. The room was exceptionally clean! The staff were not the friendliest which surprised us compared to the other hotels we've stayed at in Japan. The woman working in the coffee shop on level 3 was also very rude. The hotel is conveniently located to Shibuya Station and a short walk to Harajuku. Shibuya is by no means our favorite area in Tokyo, but we did enjoy our stay.

Nice hotel in the middle of everything. Easy walk to train station. Clean room, great shower, and very nice staff.

Staff excellent courteous and smiling

The staff here are very kind and really helped us get settled. The rooms are clean, new, and well appointed. The views were realky good. Easy to find from the scramble.

We travel all the over the world, frequently, and have been in the hotel business, including opening 4star hotels, and training staff. This hotel was PERFECT (and we almost never say that) and it will now be our hotel in Tokyo. Not only do we love the room, the layout, the outside seating areas, the incredible warm friendliness of the obviously intentionally international staff (staff from Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, etc) , but on top of all that the location is simply ideal if you want to be in Shibuya, which we adore. This was one of the finest, and most fun, hotel experiences of our long lives!!!

View from our high floor premier room on 25/F. Brand new hotel in a prime location. Easy walk to Shibuya train station. Didn’t try the restaurant there.

Clean, comfy, and in the middle of everything. Located just behind Shibuya109 mall, 2 mins walk to Shibuya station and shibuya crossing, shops and eateries all within walking distance. Very convenient.

I wish I could live at this hotel. It was so cozy, beautiful, easy and located in the perfect spot. I wish I had stayed longer!

The best hotel and location! Totally worth it

Great hotel good location

My wife and I along with our infant child stayed here for 4 nights. We were very sad to leave this hotel! It's a new hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. The hotel breakfast was quite good and made for a great start every morning we were there. Again, very friendly staff and they accommodated our child with his own bathtub and amenity kit.

At the time we arrived and during check out there were at least 6 people working at the reception, and almost no other guests. But we were waiting forever to get any help from the staff. None of them were welcoming or friendly.

Very close to the Scramble Crossing, so conveniently located. Property is nice by Tokyo hotels’ standards but everything is smaller relative to US standards. Staff was very nice and helpful, everything was new and very clean. The area surrounding the hotel is very commercial and very crowded and there ain’t many good places to eat or just sip a cup of coffee with families. Good for solo travelers, young couples etc.

Brand new hotel, great location, very nice decoration and a very helpful staff. Breakfast is very good however expensive, laundary service are very expensive!

Size of room a little bit small

The hotel is in an excellent location (the heart of Shibuya). The in-house restaurant has the best breakfast buffet, with a fabulous patio overlooking the city. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. 5-stars.

We stayed here for a couple of of nights at the beginning of our time in Japan shortly after they opened. The hotel is like an oasis in the middle of Shibuya. Quiet and clean with an amazing staff that is so, so friendly. But take 10 steps outside you are in the absolute heart of it all. Take another 20 and you are basically at the scramble crossing. The only thing to note was that our room was a bit smaller than the photos would indicate. Our standard room was pretty cozy, but fully functional.
