They stay was good the privacy was good and really enjoyed the quietness of the location.
The toilet was not cleaned for a lady...stains and the smell may need more attention

Fridge was great for snacks, Tea and coffee provided,
i think you should just set the climate control to 23 degrees. I did not use it but the other guest made it extremely hot.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Suitable for me as this is my preferred lifestyle. Sam is a brilliant host and always provides the best for his guests.

My bed was in a wooden frame that made it difficult to get in and out of bed. There were no bedside tables as the bed was so huge it took the space of the whole room. No aircon just a fan, that was adequate but had to climb over the wooden frame to plug in.
No table and chairs to eat a meal, no television in the communal area or in the rooms. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, no milk.
I had no bath towels when I arrived. linen is hung up in the garage to dry and then placed on the beds all crinkled.
