The room looks just like the pictures, the host is very responsive and sends clear instructions to collect the keys and get into the property, as well as other important instructions for garbage, parking, times, etc. The room is clean and modern and there is lots of storage space. The outside patio is great for having a meal or spending some time in the sun.

Very good value for money

The modern studio is in a desirable location (close proximity to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. It is on a tree lined street, has plenty of parking, is quiet and is pet friendly. The light filled studio was IMPECCABLY clean and has an extremely lovely and private patio. Our hosts were communicative, helpful and accommodating. We were provided clear and accurate check in instructions. I will absolutely stay here again, when in LA area.

Location was in a nice safe neighborhood.

It was only a patio door so I wasn’t too sure of safety locks being that I was traveling alone. However the room was attached to the main house behind a gate and additional door.

Great location! The host is polite and very responsive. Room is clean. It looks exactly on the pictures posted on the website. I highly recommend this property for either short or long term stay. I will definitely go back in this place!
