my room faced buildings and the street and was not a seaview i expected. pthers had full board full seaview and paid less. i asked to change answer was NO changes so i left instead of staying on or returning

I booked this hotel for my parents and they absolutely loved their stay, the room and all areas around the hotel were really clean, tidy and modern. Mum loved the breakfast! The check in process and helpfulness of staff before they arrived was brilliant and the team went out of their wait to ensure it was a seamless process - through the use of whatsapp (very helpful!) I was able to pay for the hotel and check mum and dad in before they arrived. Shoutout to Alejandro who called me a couple of times to help with a problem I was having with payment - he went above and beyond so a huge thank you! The hotel was busy considering the time of year so there was a nice atmosphere, but not too busy that you couldn't get a seat at the pool.

Garajul are acces mai complicat pe la etajul 2, fata de receptia de la parter. Este galagie de la traficul din sosea, daca ai camera mai aproape de sosea. Nu e trasparenta oferta de cazare, fata de plata suplimentara pentru mic dejun, deci neinclusa, asemanator folosirea garajului. Mancarea la micul dejun neschimbata in fiecare zi, fix aceeasi.

Cleanest Hotel I've ever stayed in & food was really good! The view is incredible while eating too & lay by the pool....

Everything from the breakfast to the sea views, the pool area to the comfy beds, were all exceptional. Check in was so easy. The reception staff were fantastic.

I know it was "out of season" but it would have been great if the chill out bar on floor 8 with the amazing views had been open to serve drinks up there

Hotel z gatunku - Muszę tu wrócić. Zaczynając od wspaniałego, ciągle uśmiechniętego i kompetentnego personelu, po komfortowe pokoje sprzątane bardzo dokładnie codziennie, przez wspaniałe śniadania i pyszne kolacje, basen zarówno odkryty jak i kryty po genialne widoki z balkonu i położenie tuż przy plaży i bulwarów nadmorskich. Widoki z 9 piętra zapierają dech w piersiach. Na uwagę zasługuje również system wind, które poruszały się bardzo sprawnie i mimo obłożenia hotelu przyjeżdżały prawie natychmiast. Wracając do personelu - podziękowania dla Pana Menagera za życzliwość i elastyczność.

Drobiazgi. Trochę słychać ruch uliczny, trochę woda w basenie zimnawa (ale to zima:). Największy problem to mały parking - w szczycie sezonu może być problem.

It was really good to stay for 4 nights. Parking available for car in the garage, but it is extra 20€/day. Very kind and friendly stuff. Various breakfast and diner. Absolutely recommended :) Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea :)

Lovely clean room, great location, staff lovely and gave good tips for travelling and restaurants etc, lovely choice of books to read in the library at the front, nice sun lounger for sunny days, great balcony with fab evening sun (Room 314), handy to have small fridge and lovely to get the water inside.

When we arrived we had been assigned a Room on the 7th floor which was too high for us and it had a view of the main road, with a small glimpse of the sea from the very corner of the balcony. I went back to reception to ask if it was possible to change the room and it was so we were delighted. Another small thing to note was that there was no mirror in the main room - not a big concern for us but might be for some people. We didn't notice any night time entertainment, no big deal but there was music and dancing last year and none this year.

Breakfast was very nice, great location to reach Malaga or city centre. Bus stop is right outside, we were able to visit both easily. Lots of bars and restaurants around on the beach front. Staff very nice. Hotel clean. Checkout at 12pm which was perfect for us flying out later, luggage storage room free of charge. Luis on the animation staff was very nice and José at the bar !! Pianist playing during dinner which was very nice. All in all a nice break in the sun.

Outside pool very small, the lifeguard is really a buzz-kill. No jumping in the pool, no playing with balls/floaties, the pool was like a no-fun-zone which really irritated me and a lot of other people. Sun loungers really uncomfortable, very strange for a 4* hotel. Snack-bar overpriced, frozen pizzas, 6 euros for fries and 10 euros for a cocktail !!! Honestly the dinner left a LOT to be desired. We didn’t enjoy the food, and mostly ate from the salad bar for the whole week. There is a lot of choice but it’s just bland or processed. In hindsight, we would have been much better off doing just breakfast instead of half board and going out for dinner as lots of choice around and would have eaten proper tapas instead of dodgy Chinese theme night or Italian themed night. Also, shocked that at dinner you don’t even get a glass of water offered. Every drink is paid for even water! You even have to pay a £10 deposit for a towel for the pool. Asked for extra water bottles for the room and they said no as it’s only free on arrival… Entertainment a bit boring. Very calm, live piano/sax… The hotel was clean, very clean but the cleaner didn’t really seem to clean the rooms very well. Beds were always made but the floor and bathroom à weren’t cleaned. Also didn’t change towels. Lastly, it didn’t really bother me that much but the sinks aren’t in the bathroom but in the room… very strange set up… Hotel good for couples, solo travellers and friends (although not a very young dynamic) but families with young kids, I think the pool and inability for kids to play in the pool with balls and activities is a big turn off.

the hotel definitely should not have 4 stars, everything is dirty and worn, definitely not worth the money we paid, only at the reception they barely speak English and no one else, they are rude. In a word, the food is terrible and the rackets, they literally make a soup or a "dish" out of the leftovers. We had to pay for towels and schedule umbrellas on the beach, if you book for the morning, you cannot be at the same place in the afternoon, but you can only schedule again tomorrow. the beach and umbrellas are not theirs. after 11 in the evening you pay absolutely everything, including water and if it's all inclusive. it's a shame how they behave if you don't know Spanish. we had a confirmation that our check-out was at 5:20 and then they called us at half past 2 to say that it was supposed to be at 12 and that they didn't have the information that it should be at 5:20 and later they said that it was written by someone who doesn't know English, they gave us an hour to pack even if we have a 4-month-old baby. all who work as cleaners and as a service are totally unprofessional, except for Hugo, who I think is the director. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. shame

The view from out terrace was nice. Beach was very close and loads of good places to eat.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel. We paid for a family room and ended up with a tiny room. With abcot and sofa bed there was no room to walk. You can enter the room and then either sit on the balcony or lay on the bed. Not ideal for children… even bathroom sink had to be placed into a hallway, as the bathroom was too small to fit it in. Cleaning was terrible, large stains on bedding (absolutely unacceptable in a 3 start hotel, let alone four), stains on towels hair everywhere, stains on the floor and around the sinks. How can room has two massive stains on bedding (20cm) loads of hair on the floor and stains on floor and sink after cleaning? Our room wasn't cleaned once because my daughter had a nap, the cleaner refuse to come back. One morning I found 50 ants in my baby’s bottle with milk, which I left in the bag… Rooms are portly equipped. Two tiny cups and not even a tea spoon. How would you make a tea or coffee with sugar? Throughout our entire stay the hotel gave us two small bottles of water and put a massive signs in it that it is A GIFT. I mean… come on!!! Very stingy hotel… we had to leave cash deposits for beach towels, we’re charged for using the safe per day. Rooms are just plain white, no design. Nothing to like. The pool is small and kids pool is far away (you need to go from floor -2 to floor 2, then walk through a walkway into another building, then take another lift or stairs down. Kids pool has a few leads, one of each was not properly closed and was a tripping hazard for adults and children. Kids club is basically an empty room with some toys, filthy floor and carpet that looks 20 years old. The main pool is also tiny, the design of pool and spa areas are very plain. To me there isn’t any design or anything to like. Air conditioning is set to a certain temperature and you cannot go lower than 27 for example. The baby cot was not safe to use, the mattress was 5-7 cm shorter than the bed.

Right beside the beach. Nice swimming pool with snack bar beside it. Nice restaurants close by the marina. Nice music in bar. Room was spacious with TV, large shower area. Would go again. Nice staff.
