interior room do no street noise but first floor had multiple air conditioning units outside windows at both ends so still noisy. No view of the sky from either window.

The room was as described, comfortable and met all our needs. Breakfast brought to the room on a tray at the agreed time and was good. The shared laundry facilities were great and needed after a week travelling. There is a basement garage and parking was included in the room price. The hotel is well located and just a short walk from all the main sites and also restaurants and cafés. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent value. Bed & pillow were comfortable with A/C in the bedroom. The place was clean, basic and in a good location for walking to restaurants and the plaza. Helpful staff in reception area. Parking was underground and free (next to the hotel).
Poor lighting. Cheap but functional couch. Breakfast below average.

Lovely room, good breakfast, cleanliness.
A large fridge in the room but nothing in it. No water and no explanation we could ask for some. Many people need to take tablets so a couple of bottles of water would be good customer service. As would tea or coffee.

Great beds, quiet, breakfast delivered to room, easy walking distance to excellent restaurants and museums. Main bus station an easy walk or under 2usd by taxi, airport nearby and an $8USD fare, close to a Carrefour hipermarket. Try the nearby Patagonia craft beer bar for great beer and burgers and the excellent #1 TripAdvisor-rated steakhouse around the corner

Everything - very comfortable beds, great facilities, exceptionally clean. Breakfast was outstanding. The hot tub and steam room were a great touch (reserve your 45 min spot at reception beforehand).

The hotel is located just off the busy part, but everything is walkable. The family suites are huge and well maintained. The front desk folks are nice and helpful. Breakfast is served in room as per choices made the previous night. We wish we had stayed a little more here!
The shower area always overflows and makes the whole bathroom wet.
