The Hotel is located at the heart of Naha city. It was very near to the monorail, city bus stop, Naha bus terminal.
its also a 10mins walk to the famous Kokusai Dori where in you will enjoy buying souvenirs and local food & drinks.
the breakfast buffet have a lot of variety of food, drink and desserts. I highly recommend this hotel,
No Indoor Gym or other Free facilities, the car park is not free as well.

大廳服務員蠻友善。
只提供入住當天的飲水，其他時間皆無提供令喝不習慣日本自來水的同行家人非常不便利。客房整理完後未將床恢復原狀導致床歪七扭八且維修孔都跑出來了。

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, rooms are spacious and clean. Carpark use is incredibly handy and relatively cheap.
Great location - Kokusai Dori is just a few minutes' walk down the street to the east, the city beach to the north, and eateries on all sides.
Carpet looks like it's still there from the 80's. The walls are pretty thin - If you're unlucky, you'll be put next to another guest who only knows to slam doors at all hours of the day and night.

the hotel was on construction and repairing with a lot of noise and they didn’t tell us. usually in this situation the hotels will let the customers know and will give an special discount on deals

The location is nice because it is close to the airport.
The mini ref is very old and not cold. Air conditioning is poor also. We had to ask for a circulator. And one male staff, a big guy. Valet parker guy was not hospitable at all. Didn’t even greet us or smiled even one time. Never helped with our luggages. Specially when we checked-out. The reception lady staff helped us. The guy didn’t care at all. Never thanked us for our stay. He should not be in a hospitality service kind of job. Also the housekeeping forgot to put coffee service twice consecutively. We have to ask front desk.

The location of the facilities is great. The amenities are plentiful. The restaurant and food service is wonderful
Beds could have been softer. I didn't get my requests handled before arriving, but not a big issue. The room temperature got cold one of the nights.
