The condo was super clean with all the amenities needed for a family of 4+ to have a vacation getaway. I would surely stay with this property host again.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious and quiet. Even between rooms it was quiet with privacy. ZERO complaints. Would definitely stay again. If I was the manager/owner I would allow guests to leave unused unopened items for future guests. Ie coffee pods, unopened sodas etc. I only say that because I’d like us if someone has a delayed arrival it would be nice to have those things temporarily on hand until you could get to a store.
Don’t let it take away from the view of the excellence of the property or stay just some thoughts worth sharing. If you stay here expect exactly what’s advertised because this condo did NOT disappoint. Thank you for having us! Looking forward to the next trip!

place was nice and the property grounds were great. the pictures in the listing do not show the furniture actually in the room. none of the tv's in the bedrooms worked. other than that...all good. our kids loved the room they stayed in and the balcony was awesome. thanks for a great week in destin!!!

We loved staying at this condo! We were originally sold by the bunk room. My family andy brother's family were coming all together. So a space for all the kids to hangout and chill was a must. The bunk room was spot of for that, but even more surprising was how spacious the entire unit was.
One of my personal favorite spots was the large balcony. I definitely took a lovely afternoon nap on one of the very relaxing lounge chairs.
We cooked in a couple times and cooked out on the grills provided near the pool one night. The condo has everything we needed kitchen tool wise to make it easy.
The walk to the beach, pool, and even dinner was short and pleasant. No busy roads to cross. 5 min walk or less to the sand and water! My kids loved the pool as well. With a wide range of ages, the lagoon pool accommodated all of their needs. Especially loved the zero entry part with the toddler we had with us.
Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy such a lovely condo. We will definitely try to book with you again!

This place felt like home. The sofas were super comfortable and the view was amazing. The beach is like a 10 min walk (blue/green clear water and white sand). The pool is like a 5 min walk. I liked that there were towels to use for the beach aside from the white towels to use at the place. Also, thanks for the board and castle building toys for the kids. The place was clean, the restrooms are nice. Kitchen had everything we needed.
The only things that I felt needed attention was that the bedroom with the full bed was not cooling like the others, maybe put a fan there? There is a power outlet sticking out next to the main sofa (under the carpet), we had to move the round sofa to kind of cover it up so the kids would not trip. The living room lighting was very dim at night. Also, when we were leaving, it took us like 30 min to finally get an elevator to get all of our luggage down, it seemed that something was going on with the elevators (I know it is a building thing) or maybe a lot of people were checking-out at the same time...speaking of check-out time, it would be nice if it was at 11am (which is usually the check-out time at a lot other places) instead of at 10am.
BUT, aside from those things (which are very minor), we will definitely be staying there again. Thank you!

This was my first time staying in Destin and Sterling Shores. The place was clean, nice comfy couch to relax on and well equiped kitchen. Plenty of room for my 8 person family.
The elevator didnt work most of the time there but that doesnt have anything to do with who we rented with. They worked on it but it just wouldnt stay running. Im sure it will get fixed soon because the whole condo was upset. Overall it was a great condo.

We had a great week in Destin! This was our first time and we loved the location and the condo! The condo was very clean and fir 8 (mostly adults) very comfortable. I loved the patio and the ocean view. It was a quick and easy walked to the beach. The owner responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Sometimes photos of a vacation rental make it look better than it is. That is not the case with this condo! Honestly, the photos did not do it justice. It was very roomy, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this condo especially if you are bringing children. They loved the bunk room!
The only downside to our stay was beyond the control of the property owner or manager’s control. One of the elevators at Sterling Shores was out so it seriously impacted the flow of people coming and going. That said, we would still return to SS in the future. The property manager was phenomenal! He answered all my questions quickly and checked in with us to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for.

The condo was very nice and clean. It had plenty of room for all of our family members. We really enjoyed the bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The balcony was great with a awesome view of the ocean, pool and courtyard. However, there are a couple of things that need improvements. The lighting in the living room area was very dim. The double doors to the main suite were hard to open and close. Also, the mattress in the main suite probably needs to be replaced. The showers in the condo had low water pressure. The location of the trash chute should be posted in the condo. We had trouble finding where the trash chute was located. But, nonetheless, we had a great time in the condo and in Destin.

Silvano was extemely helpful, the place is amazing and roomy! He went out of his way for us when we got in a bind that he certainly didn't have to do for me and my family but it made the stay so much better. I highly recommend and will be calling him again when we come back! Thanks again!

It was very nice. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Ok view of the lagoon pool. Nice security during the week. Easy back access, not too far to walk. Good food at the back porch but very busy. Loved the showers. Bunk beds were great for our bunch of kids.

Great condo with plenty of room! 6 teens had bunk room with own frig, sink & bathroom! Nice decor, closet space. Highly recommend! I will be back if I have a large group again! Only thing I would like to see them include the umbrella & 2 beach chair setup on the beach! That way you don’t have to carry chairs over everyday! Other than that it was fantastic!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Great location and the unit itself is very well laid out and spacious. I can tell the owners put a lot of thought into it.
My only complaint is that it was not properly or thoroughly cleaned. I took photos and submitted them to the owner asking that our clean fee be waived due to having to clean a lot ourselves but he denied my request and instead offered to send cleaners back. That was not an option as we only had 3 days there and didn’t want strangers in the unit while we were enjoying our time together.
Lots of hair, counters had substances all over them. Sheets had tape on them, throw blankets had bad smell as in they also should have been washed but weren’t.
I’m hopeful due to my photos that the owner was able to hold the cleaners accountable so that they can make it better for the next guest.
I would stay there again and owner was very quick to respond.

Property was very nice. The bunk room was awesome because we had 4 teenage boys with us. Location was great.
Communication was great and even checked in during the stay to see if we needed anything.
Would highly recommend.
