This home was great for our large group! The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the home was perfect for our large group meals and quality time! I would definitely recommend staying at this home in the future!

Frank was great to work with! The house was just right for our group of 10. It is a beautiful spot, we enjoyed the hot tub, the kayaks, a trip to an apple orchard, and a nearby State park for a walk on the beach and in the woods. We hope to return next year!

This property was perfect for our large group of friends to stay near the wedding location. Very near town and all of the fun activities. We could spend the day exploring and return for a relaxing evening of game playing and even a hot tub!

We did our team retreat here as a college basketball team and it worked out great. Frank and his family were very accommodating and spot on the lake was just spectacular.

We had a great time at the house. It was our 10 year Girls Get Away. The house is beautiful and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed watching the freighters and the moon rise out of the water.

The house is just like it's described and clean. The views are amazing, right on the water. The home is well equipped, with plenty of space and ability to accommodate large groups. The host was very responsive. No complaints, we all enjoyed our stay and would go again. The only drawback is that the beach is rocky. However, there was still room for the kids to play in the sand and there was a sandy area a little further out in the water. This is true waterfront property where you can sit on the patio and look right at the water! The kids and adults loved it.

We had a great time being right on the water - there was 12 of us in the big house and had plenty of room to hang out when the weather was not so great. Kitchen was well stocked and Frank was great to work with!

This is the perfect place for any getaway, family or friends something to do for everyone!!

What I would want to know if I was renting this home? All bedrooms were spacious enough to be accommodating with a large master bedroom on the second floor. One bedroom was divided into two with a temporary wall. The light switch to both was only on one side. There are no private bathrooms, but all are nice and modern. Two kitchens were helpful as the oven in the main house would not maintain temperature (we made cookies on a rainy day). The owner was sent a message, so hopefully, it is repaired soon. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the amenities - hot tubs, video game, black jack/poker table, kayaks, and hammock room. We wished the skee ball game was working, but it was not operational when we arrived. The basketball hoop supports were broken and it kept falling over, but our family made some temporary repairs and was able to play consistently. The sunrises were awesome and the nighttime campfires relaxing. The dining area accommodated us well too. The beach is very rocky, so be sure to bring water shoes for the whole family. Kudos to the widow next door who let us enter the water from her sandy beach with a cement pad. Our multi generational family had a great vacation!

Our big family loved this place! Lots of places to sleep, well stocked kitchen and lots of places to play! We already booked again for next summer.

The home was unique & the views of the lake really made the experience more memorable. All ages enjoyed the hot-tub & we had fun playing the family games that were available. The most unexpected joy came from the arcade machine! The weather wasn't in our favor, but we made the best of the time spent together, surrounded by the sounds of water. Thanks for hosting!!

We had a great time staying at the house! The property manager was fantastic and very responsive to any/all questions we had! The hot tub was slightly tricky to manage since I had never done that before, but overall it was a great stay. We plan on returning for an annual trip! The house was stunning and very clean. There is a boutique down the street (near the grocery store) that we stopped at to get some Port Sanilac hoodies/tshirts on our way out! We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a long Easter weekend getaway. The temps were a bit cold but we still managed to play on the beach when the sun was out. We would love to come back with a larger group in the summer months. The house has plenty of space for a big group, especially when the 2nd home is made available.

It was not very child proof. We had to put up a bunch a decorations out of reach from the babies. And it showed hamicks and we didn't see any.

I rented this house with my three boys and my mom. The house is gorgeous - plenty of space, super clean, and right on the water. We enjoyed the hot tub, collecting rocks on the beach, watching movies, and playing board games together. Since it was off season, the neighborhood is really quiet, but it was perfect for us!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Frank's property. The home has a beautiful view of Lake Huron. The house is stocked with all the necessities. The arcade game and the hot tubs were extremely popular with the kids. It was a weekend full of great memories! Frank made things very easy as well!

We had a wonderful time this weekend at this beautiful home. The decor was relaxing and inviting, and the views were spectacular. We even saw snow geese! We definitely recommend this for a getaway!

We can't say enough. Frank was awesome with communication. We were granted an early check in when we asked. The place was well suited for our group and the hot tubs were used as well. Loved the ample towels that this place provided as well as the ample rooms! We had a small issue with the furnace the first night but it was rectified. I would bring a phone that can do a Hotspot as the wifi connection was not great. I would suggest bringing your own pillows, just my own personal preference! We will 100% be back.

We loved Frank's home! Excellent location and beautiful property! We all slept so well and had so much fun in the game room and in downtown Lexington! We will def be back and we can't wait! The owner is amazing and so kind! He was quick to respond and so kind the entire weekend! :)

We just got back from a week at Frank's lake house. We had family coming form 4 states, and all age ranges. And the end result was just perfect. The property is truly fantastic, with great sleeping spaces for everyone to retreat, but a main living space that was both cozy and capable of managing a crowd with comfort. A great flow between large accommodating kitchn to the lakeside view of the dining room and back around to the living room with games to be played. The only minor difficulty early on was fighting over who gets the amazing master bedroom! Frank was extremely responsive and thoughtful throughout the process, and the cleanliness and amenities were perfect. Our southern family called the retreat "Winter Beach week" and we will hopefully come visit again.

We really enjoyed our rentals. We have a big family and it accommodated our family with sleeping, playing games, cooking big meals, having bonfires and also watching the freighters out on lake huron. Host was accommodating and responded quickly. We will be renting again. Everything that it said about the house was right on. Enjoyed our stay!!! The Strozeski family holiday 2021

Our family has stayed at this house several times over the years for a couple's retreat! We always stay in November and we always have a wonderful time! Very spacious with plenty of room for us to watch football or play board games and then, of course, there is the hot tub! The owners are always very quick to get back to us with any questions we might have! I highly recommend this property! You will not regret it!
