Overall property was fantastic. Cottage is super cute and well decorated. We were comfortable and able to relax after a long day of driving. Davidson is a fantastic and walkable town and the cottage is close enough to not have to drive if you don’t want to.

We enjoyed our stay in Davidson. The home is very nicely located between Davidson Commons and old Davidson. It has many items on hand you could need, including logs for the firepit and ample parking for larger vehicles.

We just returned home after a five night stay in this lovely property, and we couldn't have been more impressed. I travel often to Davidson (for work) and we typically stay in a hotel, but I'm a first time Mom and this was our first trip with our son. We opted for this property given the location (I could walk to work) and the accommodations. Everything in the description is accurate. The home has been completely and beautifully renovated, and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (we took advantage of the pack n play for our son, thank you!). The backyard is fenced and contains a fire pit. The bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen are all fabulous! You are within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Natalie (the host) was incredibly responsive. We requested an early check-in and this was generously accommodated. We also requested a late check-out, which was also graciously granted. Unfortunately, I had the wrong time in my head and we were 30 minutes late leaving the property. Natalie had been attempting to contact me via email, and I had been in a meeting / unresponsive. Her husband reached out to check on us, and corrected me on the time. We promptly exited the property, and I couldn't be more embarrassed. Traveling with an infant (especially for a work trip) was incredibly difficult, and this home made all the difference. I'm sorry for the mixup and appreciate you going above and beyond for us. We highly recommend!
