The villa was really nice, and had a great value for money!
The furniture was a bit outdated.

loved the location and being able to sit by the pool with plenty of space around. also the 2 bathrooms were perfect for us.

Such a pretty villa, we laid by the pool and we able to cook in the villa since they provide cooking tools. Great place!!!
we were staying here on off season so most places were closed and if we hadn’t rented a car we’d have no way of getting anywhere since it’s far from what’s open.

The view was amazing, you can see the beach from the terrace. Clean rooms, we really enjoyed the barbecue on the terrace and the pool is amazing too. Really comfortable place to stay for a group of people who search for quiet place which has everything needed. There is a restaurant only couple of meters away.
In one room there was a bed which was really unstable. Even the slightest move made the bed shake.
We stayed for 8 days and the towels were not changed within those days. Yes, it is written that they won't change the towels unless you stay more than 10 days but they should even after 5 days or so.

Pretty basic villa with slightly odd layout (no.4).
Very close to bar/restaurant. When we arrived people were sitting smoking on our villa wall.
Fridge pretty useless. Only way to cool drinks was to leave them in freezer for several hours.
Main Lounger area next to pool pump so not very relaxing.
Air conditioning was broken in main living area. Vague (unsuccessful) attempt made to fix it and then radio silence from the agents W2M. Temperature in room was 33 degrees plus so basically we couldn't use the living area for 4 days out of 7 until the weather cooled.
Mould all over en suite ceiling. Not good and needs sorting.
Friends had Villa 7 which was nicer in layout and presentation etc. Would recommend avoiding Villla 4.

Lovely villa with all day sunshine. Loved Fornells town. Lots of excellent restaurants and walks. The complex where the villa located ideal. Good for families.
Just a little updating needed inside the villa.

Excellent central location with great views of the beach and surrounding resort. Quiet neighbour excellent for families. Close to nearby shop, restaurants and a short walk to the beach or splash park. Lovely pool and well looked after.

Great location with beautiful views from the terrace. Quiet, spacious, easy street parking. Nice swimming pool - good size for a family.
We were there in April when it is quite cold in the evening - this would be no problem but the AC/heater in the living area was broken. I contacted the property manager - it was fixed 48 hrs later but then broke again later in the week, so we had a few cold evenings wrapped up in blankets! Also, be aware if travelling outside of the peak summer season that all facilities in Playa de Fornells (including the supermarket) are closed for the season.

The location with the view and also the general space in and around the villa were excellent.
Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils were lacking a little, the property felt a little 'tired' and could do with a redecoration.

Very clean, lovely bedding and towels. High chair and cot provided.
No mention of very steep steps down to property which was difficult with a baby in a pram.

We love the location, felt villas were a little tired now, could do with a little improvement.
A few improvements can be made including the wifi.

some drinks from the former occupants were on the fridge. They claim they do a great clean on the property but it looks like someone forgot to open the fridge and clean it as well.
Although were a BBQ on the villa no tools for it were available at the property.

The villa is great, so is the pool.
Very easy communication before our stay and very helpful (we needed a travel cot for our baby and the host provided one).
Great location, few minutes away from Cala tirant and easy to visit Menorca by car from there.
Kitchen is quite well equipped but could be a bit more (as well as for maintenance products, but maybe due to covid restrictions)

Excellent location, amazing pool, very clean and well looked after. Close to the beach and local restaurant, bar, supermarket.
Door handles are not very good , hard to shut the doors, therefore they keep slamming which is annoying.
