Living Spaces A sense of spaciousness greets you as you enter the living room that looks through to an open family room, kitchen and dining room. A vaulted ceiling with skylights, wood-burning Greystone fireplace, a table with 4 chairs for playing games or casual dining and all new comfortable furnishings offer an invitation to relax and renew. Beautiful engineered hardwood floors and walls washed in soft blues throughout the home bring to mind nearby sandy beaches and the sparkling Bay. Down a few steps, the family room features stylish seating facing a 65” flat-panel TV. Opening onto the kitchen and dining room, the great room concept is a perfect setting for gatherings. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with in-door filtered water and ice dispenser, gas stove with double oven, dishwasher and microwave. You’ll also find all the small appliances, including a toaster, Keurig and drip coffee makers and tea kettle, to make for a convenient stay. There is ample counter and cabinet space including a peninsula-style breakfast bar with seating that marks off the kitchen from the dining area. A large dark wood dining table with 5 chairs and a bench can accommodate a large group. The kitchen and dining room boast vaulted, beamed ceilings, windows of various shapes and sizes, skylights and sliding glass doors that open onto a beautiful deck that spans the back of the home. A gas grill and comfy outdoor seating shaded by a large umbrella offer a great place to cook and take in neighborhood views that stretch to the mountains in the distance. Bedrooms and Bathrooms Upstairs, Bedroom #1 is a suite that occupies the entire floor.
