The location is awesome. Took me a few days to notice that we were in front of a cenote.

The running water is straight from the lake yuk. The toilet was a little backed up, we got no help from Joaquin the caretaker. I had to get the plunger and fix it myself. One day we came back from site seeing and Joaquin was hanging out at the place. My sister felt uncomfortable with Joaquin because the rooms have very little privacy and did not like that he was too much around the house.
