A lovely property. Property management company was very responsive when we ran into a plumbing issue - fixed the same day! The only warning I'd give to potential guests is that the shared bathroom in the hallway does not have a shower or a bath (only a toilet & sink) so the only full bathrooms are accessed through bedrooms. Other than that, everything was spectacular - if the bathroom layout is not an issue for you, 10/10 would recommend!

This house is a lovely, cozy, spacious house with warm radiant floor heating and beautiful views. The hosts had fresh flowers for us and lovely touches. It has everything needed for babies including stroller, high chair, toys, pack and play. We loved this home!

Tucked in the hills just outside of Santa Fe we were surrounded by the natural beauty of New Mexico and yet it was a easy drive to downtown. The attention to detail particularly in the kitchen was impressive. The hosts were gracious and helpful. It exceeded our expectations.

We stayed for 5 nights. This was a beautifully appointed home in Santa Fe. The views were amazing. Wanted to be there each night in the hot tub as the sun was setting. It was a treat each night. Very close to town. House had everything we needed for a family. I would highly recommend this home.

Stayed here to Celebrate BD's and an Anniversary. House was spacious and we all found our favorite "spot". We were able to find hiking trails close by and town was easy to get too.

The house was beautiful, and the location ideal. We were a family of 6 -- parents, 2 adult (20-ish) kids, one future son-in-law, and one grandfather (81) -- staying in the Santa Fe area for the week. North Hills was a perfect home for us. The house itself is beautiful -- spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and appointed. The patio overlooking the valley was an amazing place to have breakfast or linger over the long evening watching the sun go down. The bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy (especially the master bedroom and bathroom). And the location was fantastic: the neighborhood around the house itself is gorgeous, and it is only 4 minutes outside the downtown/old town area, but is also on the "edge" of the more remote, natural areas of the mountains and national forests. 10 minutes the other direction, and you are in the midst of gorgeous forest, with many mountain hiking trails with fantastic views all around. It was perfect. The hosts were also wonderful -- they communicated with us throughout the process, and made sure we had everything we needed. A perfect place for a family get-away!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is excellent, well above town but just a couple minutes by car. Excellent expansive views and nice breezes on the patio. Great hot tub. Nice floor plan with the master on one side and two other bedrooms on the other. Great responsive owner, lots of suggestions. This would be a good house for winter or summer rental. We used the kitchen most evenings and it is well stocked, easy to use. Really everything is great here and it’s a nice quiet place!

It was everything I hoped it would be. The pictures on the website were honest representations. North Hills is a beautiful and spacious home with a lovely mountain view. We would love to rent this property again someday.

This home was exactly as advertised, it was very spacious, well stocked and very clean upon our arrival. It was close enough to everything in Santa Fe and provided a nice starting point for some longer day trips around the area. The owners were easy to work with. The only thing, the home is full of steps that can sometimes be a bit tricky for people traveling with older family members, it is still doable just something that people may want to be aware of. However, I would still recommend this lovely home with its spectacular views to anyone who would ask.

Loved our stay!

While we originally planned to celebrate my 70th birthday in December, 2020 the coronavirus forced us to reschedule. Kelly was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was fantastic. Fabulous sunset views from the large covered patio with the hot tub, dining table, sitting area and breakfast table. Every room - bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room took advantage of the view and all had access to the patio, except 1 bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms well appointed with high quality mattresses, sheets, towels, etc. Finally, Kelly was quick to respond to any questions and to offer to address any need. I highly recommend this property.

As soon as I we walked into the home we were struck with how beautiful the view from the back of the house was. We loved hanging out on the huge back patio and really loved how the master suite was separated from the other bedrooms and had access to the patio! Loved all the windows from nearly every room. The beds were super comfortable too. We also loved how close it was to downtown. We will definitely be back!
