The rental was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view to the golf course every morning along with the birds. Unfortunately, we had trouble with the neighbor living below us accusing us of being too loud and disrespectful at 6:30 in the evening. Unfortunately, he just pounded on our door, screamed at us and never told us what type of movements where bothering him. We did pay attention to governing quiet times and with two kids and two seniors staying in unit, everyone was in bed by 8:30 I would warn anyone with a family, the owners below are very confrontational and generally unhappy with any normal movements above them - which put a strain on our overall enjoyment in the rental.

All was as advertised; lovely home, great location; when management was called about need for battery change in smoke detectors, it was handled within the hour. Would recommend this home and would return.

The condo is gorgeous, immaculate,the location close to everything, pool just steps away. Lots of room for the 5 adults. Kitchen is big and roomy, plenty of dishes to have 3 meals a day and only use dishwasher once. Only thing missing is a blender for making tropical drinks! First time staying in Kauai and this will be our go to place next time. Mahalo

Wonderful place. 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay here again. It is just as the pictures showed. The management company was very responsive for a couple minor issues. The host provided everything, shampoo, conditioner, beach stuff, coffee. It was great. Be aware, there is one large flight of stairs to enter the villa. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

We stayed in this condo with our two adult children and their partners. It is located in a quiet condo community, just down the street from the Kiahuna Plantation shopping center. It is located on the ninth green of the Kiahuna Golf Course and it's a fairly quiet setting. The unit was clean and sufficiently roomy for our group. There are two barbecues at the pool area for guests to use - plan to get there a little bit early, as they are often in use and you'll have to wait your turn. The kitchen could have been stocked better - we ended up having to buy grilling utensils and had to request some mixing bowls from the real estate company that manages the condo. Also, the TV in the family room only has the ability to stream content, so don't expect to use that for watching cable channels.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Super clean place. Wonderful stay. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe invest in a few small kitchen appliances and a few more kitchen gadgets (blender, instant pot or rice cooker, tools for bbq, cooking spoons, spatula, etc). We bought some tupperware and left it there for others to use. Otherwise, it was perfect!

The property was amazing with modern decor and features. This was perfect for a family of 5 with the multiple spaces for everyone.
The location was perfect for us based on our activities. It was very helpful to have the beach gear available for our many trips to the beaches all around the island.
The property managers were helpful and timely with any questions we had.
We would stay at this property again. This is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at.

This Pili Mai location was close to so many great restaurants, beaches, and shops. The place itself had all of the amenities we needed.. chairs, umbrella, cooler… and the unit was immaculately kept. It’s like no one had ever been here before. New everything. Worth every cent and we plan to return.
The property managers were amazingly responsive when we asked a question.
I hope you love the place as much as we did.

This property is even more gorgeous in person!! Whoever put all your decorative touches together - bravo!! We usually stay in a VRBO house when we vacation in Kauai. This was the first time in a condo. I would highly recommend this place. The property is beautiful and maintained well. The extra amenities like the pool, workout center and grills on property is an added bonus. All three rooms had extremely comfortable king size beds. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prepare your meals. We stopped at Costco on the way to the condo and made several meals at the condo. The check in and check out process was so easy. I had a couple of questions and contacted the property and each time they quickly responded with answers. We enjoyed early mornings and evenings on the balcony area over looking the golf course. The location is very close to great shopping with super cute boutique shops and restaurants. You are also very close to poipu beach. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and cooler provided as we went out to the beach. Make sure you try a Puka Dog at Brennecke’s!!! We stayed a week and wish we would have stayed 2 in this lovely place. We will be back!!

This condo was just as beautiful as the listing photos. It was impeccably clean and stocked with everything we needed! The three king beds/bedrooms were perfect for the three adult couples in our party. The views were great and we loved the location, close to the beach and many good restaurants. The property manager was very responsive when the batteries on the keypad entry were running low. We had a very easy check in and check out as well and they even accommodated a late check out for my parents who had a late flight out of Lihue. Six comfortable beach chairs and a cooler were also provided. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

A beautifully remodeled Pili Mai condo! 4 of us stayed for 8 nights and it was perfect. It was as a very rainy week and we were even housebound for a full day and loved it. Comfy beds and relatively well stocked kitchen with the basics. The management company was very responsive to any need. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided. The pool area is basic but nice. If you don’t like chickens/roosters do not stay on Kauai! If you like your doors and windows open they will wake you up! We did have some unpleasant rowdy folks in the unit below us who fed the roosters, smoked on lanai and grilled in driveway which was a bummer. But overall our stay was lovely. Walking distance to shops and even to beach if you’re more adventurous.
