Location is not in a touristic area which we explicitly preferred because we were just visiting family. Check in was flexible.

The toilet was permanently clogged that we had to pump it almost every after use or someone from maintenance had to come up twice and do the same pumping game. I requested iron for clothes, request confirmed by the host, but it was not catered. The airconditioning system is only available in the bedroom which makes the living room unbearable in the heat of high summer. Not to mention that the aircon is so old that it errors when the temperature goes down to 22 degrees. There is a (very) mini fridge, in which almost nothing fits - not even a bottle liter of water. The TV is broken during our stay. For our 11-night stay there was no toilet paper provided, no shampoo, no drinking water. Cleaning service was only offered after the toilet complain. Washing machine and hair blower are missing. Host was reachable via WhatsApp but couldn’t really help us with our complaints. Small cockroaches greeted us in the kitchen, the very first thing we did upon entering was to kill them.
