Location is good if you’re looking for a very quiet area close to the sea Dog friendly

Asked for a large cash deposit 10 mins before arrival Walked to electric meter upon arrival and told to take a photo as we would be charged for electricity during our stay Bailiff knocked on the door looking for the owner with court papers Owners live next door and look in at you at every opportunity- made for a very uncomfortable stay! All of these things taken up with booking.com as unacceptable that none of this was made clear at time of booking! Additionally; Beds uncomfortable Villa unclean, cobwebs and flies in rooms Furnishings and fittings very basic No microwave No lampshades, just bare lamps in rooms

Maison agréable, très au calme

Sur notre contrat, figurait deux salles de bain , en réalité il y avait une salle de bain avec baignoire et une douche extérieure ! Il manquait également une clé nous permettant de verrouiller les wc … Manquait la wifi, le réseau étant inexistant.. La cuisine insuffisamment équipée en ustensiles . Le barbecue n’en parlons pas!

Better to have coded entry rather than meeting on arrival

The guest were sociable, the house looks like in the picture, the villa has the minimum necesary for your stay. We knew the distance to the nissi beach and ayia napa so this was not a problem for us but we had a rented car. I believe the price is fair for what they offer.

We would have wished for more comfortable beds and pillows, the cleaning could be better and the doors need to be repaired as they do a lot of noise and it does not close as it should.
