Property location is great! Newly updated and looks fresh. Love the style and look of the place. Deck area is nice too.
The room type I booked was advertised as having an ocean view, its only view was a huge building in front of it. When I asked the man working the front desk he told me that was a problem on booking.com’s end and there was nothing he could do for me unless I wanted to pay double the price. My room was located in the separate smaller building…One of the biggest issues was the bathroom. The bathroom floor was noticeably dirty on the tiles and especially the grout lines. The bathroom door was also a very cute sliding door…but it didn’t work and could not be closed fully. To gain access to the toilet and shower you had to squeeze between the wall and the sink where there was only about 15 inches of clearance. Additionally, the walls were paper thin and kept very little noise out, I could clearly hear the tv from someone else’s room. Lastly, while it is stated, the nightly parking charge is a turnoff.

My friend and I came to Wildwood for the weekend to run a half marathon. The room was adorable! It’s the perfect beach room right off the board walk. We can’t wait to go back in the summer! Also, the staff is very helpful, and attentive.
The only complaint I have is that the WiFi was very inconsistent and we booked an ocean view but it doesn’t appear they have any ocean view rooms so I assume it’s a booking.com error.

It was clean and the noise outside did not disturb our stay.
When we got to hotel we were charged $15 a night for parking. This was unacceptable. Later it was under policies on the booking site. First of all it should be under additional charges or added to the room costs. Second it was October and there was no reason to charge for parking when your the only car😡

Excellent stay in this hotel... everything is recently renovated, modern and very clean. We loved our room... the hotel is directly on the boardwalk , near the beach... we had no problems with parking, the reception staff were very attentive and friendly, I loved seeing many people with their pets, we will definitely return the next summer !!
The room had a microwave and refrigerator but it would be perfect if they put a coffee maker in the room so I wouldn't have to go out to get a coffee so early.

We were supposed to have an ocean view , the room which we never went into , was facing other rooms . There was no place for us to park . I don’t mind paying , but there was no empty space . And they told us we had to park on the street . Even the garages require you to leave by 12 am . I’m disabled and had to cancel my stay and go home .

Room was very but the bathroom smelled like they cleaned it with a sour rag or mop, could not get the TV to work and no directions if you had to do something special to turn it on. The bathroom was very very small, but the rest of the room was nice and the beds very comfortable.
they don't have enough on-site parking for everyone, so I had to pay 80.00 for parking for 12 hours and the hotel will not reimburse you for parking, they said it's on the website. So my fault for not reading every detail of the website. I will say this I have never been to a hotel that did not accommodate parking for their guest, because of this I will not being stay there again. Parking in Wildwood is crazy and not being close to your car, doesn't let you completely relax.

The staff was wonderful, the beach and boardwalk were right there, conveniently located to many attractions, the second floor deck was relaxing, the rooms were clean.
There were a lot of stairs to the second floor. I didn’t mind the walk, but it was a little difficult to bring luggage up and down. Parking was a little tight. It was fine for us as it was off season and during the week, but I could see how during busier times there would not be enough parking.

Parking. They charge $15 to park in their parking lot. I found a spot and was told the lot was full and I had to move my car. In prime time this will be difficult to find a parking spot on the street.

The staff and location were the only things that we appreciated at Hotel Cabana. The staff was friendly and housekeeping came to tidy our room twice during our 4-day stay. In addition, the location was very convenient in that we could access the boardwalk without moving our vehicle during our entire stay.
What could have been better? Where do I begin? First, there was no working phone or tv channels in our room and we could not access the wifi that was advertised. In addition, The bathtub was clogged and it filled up with water every time we took a shower (gross!). Not to mention, the shower curtain was filthy! We even woke up one morning to no hot water (thankfully, this one issue was fixed in a timely manner). Lastly, there were lots of rowdy teenagers staying there and loud music and screaming which ensued until midnight almost every night we were there.
Each of these issues was promptly reported to the front office immediately. We were told that they did not have an on-site maintenance person, but that they would call someone and have them come out. Despite complaining to the front office about these issues numerous times, no one came to resolve them during our stay. Upon checking out, we discussed our dissatisfaction with management who stated they would have their site supervisor contact us about our stay. However, after waiting over a week, we still have not been contacted.
