The environment and facilities were absolutely amazing.

Location was good. The apartment was clean and spacious.
There was no complimentary tea or coffee available. The iron was not good.

The location and the beds were good
The washing machine was not working. It leaked the water in the hall room and we had to sit at home for few hours while the attendant tried to fix it. He could not and we had to pack some wet clothes.

The place looked dirty and terrible. The host offered to change to another unit and we saw it and left right away because it was just as bad...

It is within the city center and the apartment is big, clean and comfy..And the host was very nice and accomodating.

The only one we like is the location, it's close to the attractions.
1, a lot of time wasted on check-in and check-out. We waited almost 1 hour just to check in. Upon check out, we also waited 20 minutes to met the housekeeper, and even we couldn't received our deposit until we waited for nearly 50 minutes then we finally got the deposit.
2, We were not informed that the swimming pool could not be used during our stay due to maintenance. I know it's uncontrollable but I suggest you inform your guest next time.
3. The room is a little bit different with the description mentioned, it's fine. But one of the pillow and single bed didn't provide the pillow case and bedsheet, so we can saw the yellow stains of the pillow, very dirty ....
4. Only provide half roll of toilet paper😅

Comfy and close to everything. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything. Definitely will go here again😊😊😊😊
